Who you are

What will you do

GXO takes care of the logistic process of this well-known Dutch construction shop, so the work is hard, a lot of lugging wood. As a warehouse worker at GXO, you're the go-to person for all sorts of cool tasks in our warehouse. You'll not only be responsible for order picking, but also for loading and unloading goods, labeling packages, checking the quality of products, and inspecting returned items. Moreover, you ensure that everything runs smoothly! And all of this in a dynamic environment, where you work in two shifts.

What will you do

Working as a warehouse employee at DPD in Oirschot is actually quite simple: sorting packages. But what exactly does it all involve? The packages arrive with their freight. This freight needs to be unloaded, and then the roll containers are moved to the correct location. Then, all the packages are placed on the conveyor belt. On the other side of the depot, the sorting staff are ready to start sorting the packages. You do this by postal code. Be careful, or the package will go the wrong way. And we certainly don't want that! Also, keep in mind that the packages can sometimes weigh up to 23 kg. This way, you'll be training your arm muscles every day! Once all the packages are processed, the workday is over and the packages can be delivered to the customer.

Where will you work

As a warehouse employee, you'll be working at the DPD distribution center in Veenendaal! DPD has a great work atmosphere, so time flies! You can work flexibly at DPD. Plus, you'll earn a lot of bonuses during the evenings and night shifts. So, you can cash in! Do you perform well? Then you can progress to foreman. You can also work at DPD for a longer period. Yes!
