What will you do
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our clients. You are responsible for the entire process, from booking to invoicing and cost control. You actively seek out new suppliers and solutions for opportunities presented by our Chinese clients. This is a versatile role for a proactive customer service professional. In this position, you are the central link that holds everything together.
Where will you work
You will be based at Maastricht-Airport, working within a team of enthusiastic colleagues. As a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will contribute to the success of our growing company, which specializes in air, sea, and rail freight, with a strong focus on the Chinese market.
