It's a fulltime job in day shift. The working times are from 7.30 - 16.00 or from 9.00 - 17.30.

who are you

As our new Production Engineer, you don’t just follow processes—you perfect them. Why you? Because you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when a production emergency hits. You’re a team player who breathes quality and safety.

What you bring to the team:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3+ years in a high-tech or electronics manufacturing environment. You know the floor, and you know how to lead it.
  • You’re an Excel wizard (VLOOKUP & Pivot tables have no secrets for you), and if you know Power BI or Minitab, you’re already one step ahead.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma are your second nature. You have an analytical brain that spots a bottleneck before it even happens.
  • You speak fluent "Tech" and English, making sure everyone from operators to stakeholders is on the same page.
what will you do

In this role, you are the technical heartbeat of our production floor. You don't just watch the process; you master and improve it. Your impact falls into four main pillars:

  • You oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. By implementing Lean (5S) and Six Sigma, you turn "efficiency" into an art form, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
  • You are the first line of defense for mechanical, electrical, and software issues. You ensure our high-tech equipment is perfectly calibrated and maintained, coordinating closely with equipment engineers.
  • You partner with Quality Control to ensure every product meets our high standards. Above all, you champion a culture of safety and sustainability, reducing waste while keeping our team safe.
  • You are a mentor. By creating skill matrices and development plans, you help our operators and technicians grow, ensuring the team is always ready for the next challenge.

Who you are

As an assembly employee, you have an eye for detail ans you live in The Netherlands. Besides it’s important that:

  • You have a good command of the Dutch or English language
  • Do you have at least 1 years of experience and/or relevant education.
  • You want to work 5 days per week.
What will you do

As an assembly employee, you will work on building a panel cabinet. This involves fitting very small components and screws. The devices are full of small parts, so your eye for details and precision is very needed. Together with your colleagues, you build the cabinet. A basic knowledge of electrical engineering is desirable, two right hands are necessary. As an assembly worker, you will work full-time in daytime shifts. In consultation with your colleagues and Benchmark, you can set your own hours between 07:00 and 19:00. In the beginning, you will be trained and have fixed hours. As soon as you can work independently, flexible hours apply. Anything goes at Benchmark!

Where will you work

At Benchmark Electronics, they manufacture a variety of products. These include control cabinets for the chip industry, systems for operating passenger cabins in aircraft, security systems for ships and measuring equipment for medical applications. They provide comprehensive electronics services, from design, prototyping and testing to production, maintenance, optimisation and supply chain management. who are you

You’re a curious and motivated engineer who enjoys working hands-on with technology. You’re a natural problem-solver, a strong communicator, and someone who can work both independently and as part of a team. You have:

  • a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • at least 1 year of experience with energy products, especially energy storage solutions (preferred)
  • basic knowledge of areas like electrical engineering, electrochemistry, materials, automation, or temperature control
  • understanding of EU environmental regulations (especially carbon reporting and producer responsibility)
  • strong learning skills, adaptability and you have strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a bonus)
  • you can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay organized
  • you are eligible to live and work in the Netherlands
what will you do

As a operation & maintenance delivery, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of advanced energy products such as solar (PV) systems, data centers, and energy storage solutions. Your day-to-day work will be diverse, hands-on, and impactful. Here’s what you can expect:

  • monitor and troubleshoot systems in real time, identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation
  • perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, using both physical inspections and digital tools to keep systems operating efficiently
  • collaborate closely with cross-functional teams during product deployment, providing on-the-ground technical support during installation, setup, and commissioning phases
  • assist in developing and refining IT tools for digital maintenance, helping to build smarter, more automated maintenance systems that improve long-term performance
  • support the creation and rollout of best practices and standard procedures for operations and maintenance, ensuring consistency and high quality across sites and teams
  • gather feedback from the field, report recurring issues, and help inform design improvements for future product versions based on real-world use cases
