Als eindverantwoordelijke draag jij de volledige regie over grote, landelijk inzetbare service- en onderhoudscontracten en ben jij op tactisch én strategisch niveau het vaste aanspreekpunt voor belangrijke opdrachtgevers. Je bewaakt de afspraken uit contracten, SLA's en prestatie-indicatoren op meerdere locaties en binnen verschillende disciplines, en stuurt tijdig bij wanneer de resultaten daarom vragen. Daarnaast neem jij het initiatief in het plannen en begeleiden van periodieke voortgangs- en evaluatiegesprekken met management en directie.
