Over de vacature

Als Health, Safety & Environment Officer maak je onze depots, fietshubs (fulltime) of refurbished & repairs locaties (parttime) veiliger. Je reist veel, spreekt met teamleiders en depotbazen over HSE-onderwerpen en werkt verbeterprojecten uit met andere HSE Specialisten.

💪 Wat je doet Je bezoekt regelmatig onze depots waar je veiligheidsrondes loopt. Tijdens de rondes ga je op locatie in gesprek met teamleiders en depotbazen. Je ondersteunt de andere officer en de HSE Specialist bij veiligheidsprojecten, zowel op locatie als thuis. Ook pak je depot-specifieke checks op, denk je mee over gezonde werkomstandigheden en sluit je aan bij projecten rond keuringen van bijvoorbeeld gereedschappen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de Risico Inventarisatie & Evaluatie. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de andere HSE Officer, de HSE Specialist, je Teamlead en de installatieverantwoordelijke. Zo zorg je ervoor dat alle Coolblue’ers veilig kunnen werken en Coolblue zich aan alle veiligheidsafspraken houdt. Dit vind je leuk om te doen:

Verantwoordelijk voor de depots en de fietshubs door heel Nederland. Voor onze afdelingen Refurbished & repairs zoeken we een parttime HSE-officer voor circa 20 uur per week. Bij Refurbished worden gebruikte producten gecontroleerd, schoongemaakt, getest en waar nodig gerepareerd, zodat ze opnieuw verkocht kunnen worden. Bij Repairs repareren monteurs producten bij de klant thuis. Ook op deze locaties moet veilig en gezond gewerkt kunnen worden. Daarvoor zoeken wij jou! De locaties voor deze functies zijn met name Rotterdam en Utrecht, daarnaast kom je soms ook op andere depots om de andere HSE-officer en de HSE-specialist te ondersteunen. Omdat dit een parttime functie is, werk je met name op locatie.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you possess the following qualifications:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory control
• You are available for a minimum of 40 hours per week
• You have working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems
• You speak English (due to the international team)
• You are willing to work at the Maasvlakte
• You hold a valid forklift certificate, or are willing to obtain one in the short term

In this role, you are the key linchpin in the warehouse, responsible for the entire process from receiving, storage, and inventory control to distributing materials to the project team. You are proactive, work with high precision, possess strong administrative skills, and know how to keep your cool on a busy project site.

• Receiving, checking, unloading, and processing materials and equipment
• Accurately recording all goods movements and transactions in SAP/ERP and Excel
• Conducting inventory counts, monitoring stock levels, and driving material availability
• Coordinating deliveries to on-site installation teams and operating the forklift
• Ensuring and enforcing strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines, as well as keeping the storage area clean and organized
• Liaising with suppliers, project managers, site engineers, and quality inspectors
