Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead consulting missions at client sites and ensure high-quality delivery
• Coordinate and mentor consulting teams on missions in Banking & Insurance
• Develop and defend market-fit proposals and support business development in Belgium and the Netherlands
• Conduct market and industry trend analyses to anticipate client challenges and opportunities
• Create thought leadership materials (case studies, expertise letters, press articles) for marketing and prospecting
• Provide coaching and guidance to consultants, ensuring effective teamwork and results

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's degree from a first class university in business, engineering or economics

• 7 to 10 years of relevant consulting experience in Banking

• Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with proven business development skills

In this role you drive end-to-end change programs for large clients, blending strategy, people, and technology to deliver measurable organisational impact. You guide digital transformations, operating model redesigns, and regulatory-driven change, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. You'll build change capabilities within client organizations and lead initiatives that enable sustainable adoption. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through execution and benefits realisation
• Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks tailored to client context and culture
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to embed sustainable capability
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables to agreed standards
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Support proposal development for new business
• Represent Sia at industry events, thought-leadership forums, and client workshops
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing day-to-day guidance and structured feedback
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets, methodologies, and practice-area toolkits
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 5-10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management-consulting or in-house transformation role

• Track record delivering change management programmes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Experience working in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset management)

• Master in Business Administration (or related field)

• Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR, APMG Change Management) is a strong asset

• Knowledge of change management frameworks (Kotter, ADKAR, McKinsey 7-S, Lewin)

• Proficiency in project and programme management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, SAFe / Agile)

• Ability to design and execute organisational design, communications, training, and adoption strategies

• Experience with digital transformation programmes (ERP, CRM, cloud, AI adoption)

• Strong data literacy and ability to use data to build the case for change and track adoption KPIs

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences

• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust at all levels

• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to grow the practice and develop client relationships

• Fluency in English; Dutch is a significant advantage

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU citizens or valid work authorisation)
