Als (Assistant) Manager ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen ons team. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op

Je werkt in een gekoelde, schone productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, snelheid en teamwork centraal staan. Als Medewerker Snijkeuken werk je tijdens de nachtdienst in een moderne productiekeuken. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat verse groenten en fruit op tijd worden voorbereid voor levering aan premium horecaklanten.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Handmatig snijden van groenten en fruit
• Controleren van de kwaliteit van verse producten
• Inpakken en verzendklaar maken van producten
• Bedienen van verpakkingsmachines (flowpack)
• Zorgen voor een schone werkplek volgens de hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsregels
• Samenwerken met collega's om de productieplanning te behalen

Je werkt in een gekoelde omgeving (5–7°C), waar kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk zijn.
