THE POSITION

As International Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with international customers and partners.

You understand customer needs, identify business opportunities and translate these into solutions together with HaikuTech's technical specialists. You manage your accounts independently and contribute directly to the company's international growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and develop international key accounts, customers and partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision makers and technical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Manage the sales process from first contact through quotation, negotiation and closing.

• Experience with complex technical products, equipment or projects is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good technical understanding and genuine interest in technology.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 30-40%.

Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to support the expansion and modernization of their manufacturing operations in Breda.In this role, you will lead multiple technical IT projects and workstreams, focusing on the implementation of new manufacturing technologies, automation systems, and digital solutions. Requirements To be successful in this role, you bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Approximately 10-15 years of project management experience, preferably involving technical IT, manufacturing technology, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, preferably in a large and complex manufacturing organization.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and experience managing projects within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience managing complex technical projects from planning and design through implementation, validation, and operational handover.
• Experience working in a matrix organization, coordinating specialists and stakeholders from different departments.
• Strong project planning, risk management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities while maintaining a clear overview.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at different organizational levels.
• Professional fluency in English.

The following experience would be considered an advantage:

• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, automation, SCADA, MES, IT/OT integration, digital manufacturing, or data platforms.
• Familiarity with technologies such as IIoT, Smart Vision, Digital Twin, or PlantPulse.
• Understanding of validation, commissioning, change control, and system lifecycle management.

Functie-inhoud:

• Als Project Engineer Machinebouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en bewaking van projecten als Project Engineer Machinebouw

Met onze multidisciplinaire engineeringsprojecten werken we hard aan het uitbreiden en aanpassen van bestaande netten, hoogspanningsonderstations en andere voorkomende energie-ontwerpvraagstukken van onze industriële klanten en TSO-organisaties. Landelijk expertise team

Om in te spelen op de grote vraag uit de markt hebben wij ons georganiseerd in een landelijk hoogspanningsafdeling bestaande uit: engineers, projectmanagers, consultants en specialisten van primaire, secundaire en kabel- en lijnenengineers. Vanuit dit team werk je samen met collega's van andere engineeringsdisciplines van Bilfinger Engineering. Het hoogspanningsteam werk landelijk actief samen, maar biedt haar teamleden de mogelijkheid daar te werken waar het jou het beste uitkomt. Met kantoren door heel Nederland (en twee in België) is er altijd wel een geschikte locatie. Bij Bilfinger Engineering kun je ook deels vanuit huis werken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Primair Engineer binnen het High Voltage-team werk je aan complexe technische vraagstukken binnen de hoogspanningsinfrastructuur. Je hebt een afwisselende en technisch uitdagende functie waarbij je primaire componenten in hoogspanningsinstallaties, zoals vermogenstransformatoren en schakelapparatuur, ontwerpt. Je realiseert een veilig, betrouwbaar en technisch haalbaar basis- of detailontwerp. Je hebt afstemming van werkzaamheden zowel binnen de eigen als overige vakdisciplines om samen tot een integraal en multidisciplinair ontwerp te komen.

Als Primair Engineer zijn dit je belangrijkste werkzaamheden:

• Het opstellen van specificaties voor hoogspanningscomponenten.
• Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor technische vraagstukken rondom primaire techniek binnen een project, waarbij jij belanghebbenden gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseert op dit gebied.
• Meeschrijven aan offertes en opstellen van urenramingen.
• Externe afstemming met de klant waarbij je gemaakte ontwerpkeuzes kunt toelichten.

Binnen ons team is er ruimte voor zowel ervaren als minder ervaren engineers. Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn er volop en worden bij ons o.a. gefaciliteerd door ons Personal Empowerment Plan. Zo kun je bijvoorbeeld de stap naar Lead Engineer of Project Manager maken. En ook als je naast werkzaamheden voor hoogspanning een keer wat anders wil doen, hebben wij als multidisciplinair engineeringsbureau volop mogelijkheden.

Ook ben je de persoon met:

• tenminste een afgeronde Bachelor bijv. richting Electro, Energietechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde;
• enkele jaren relevante werkervaring opgedaan met engineering binnen hoogspanning;
• ervaring met tooling zoals PLS CADD, ELCAD en BIM;
• een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
• een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal of de bereidheid dit op korte termijn te leren.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience in leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale
- Experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2)
- AWS certification
- Experience in delivering customer engagements in a professional services role
- Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
