What will you do
As a production worker at Europastry, it is your responsibility to produce the delicious biscuits. 🍩 You will weigh out the right kilos of raw materials for the machine, or add chocolate chips here and there. Of course, the biscuits have to be packed after production. You start packing the biscuits at lightning speed. Just close a box, put it on the conveyor belt and that's it! At the end of your shift, you clean your workplace so that your colleagues in the next shift can start. Is everything going super well? Then you could even advance to the role of operator!

What will you do
As a production employee at Europastry you work at the beginning of the cookie line. You are responsible for collecting and preparing all resources. Think of flour, butter and sugar! Then you weigh everything. And get everything ready for the batter. The batter for the cookies and muffins is made in large kettles. You also help with packing and cleaning work. The work is physically challenging. For example, you are busy lifting bags of ingredients and large baking trays on a daily basis. So, overall a lot of things to do!

The smell of freshly baked cookies, mmmm! As a production worker at Europastry, you’ll smell that every day!
Together with your colleagues you’ll pack the cookies. Is the box full of cookies? Great! Just seal it closed and on to the next one. You also make sure that there’s enough material to pack those cookies. Is the conveyor belt full with boxes? Then it’s time for you to put them on a pallet! Great, you can finish off with cleaning the machines and your workplace. Well, that was another great day at work!
You can work here in 3 or 5 shifts.
Where will you work
You’ll work as a production worker at Europastry. The most fun company of Steenbergen of course! Everyone here knows each other. Most of your colleagues will speak Dutch, but don’t worry! Wat ga je doen
Als ervaren productiemedewerker heb je een hele afwisselende baan, jij bent van alle markten thuis. Jouw doel wordt doorgroeien naar een baan als operator. Je leert daarom ook hoe je de machines moet instellen en bedienen. Daarnaast ga jij samen met een leuk en hecht team van collega’s het deeg van de koekjes en muffins maken. De ingrediënten verzamelen en afwegen en hoppa in de machine. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat al die lekkere dingen uit onze fabriek blijven rollen. Daarnaast help je met het schoonmaken en inpakken van de machines, super afwisselend dus! Met jouw scherpe oog voor detail zorg je dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt en voor je het weet ben je al doorgegroeid. Je gaat als ervaren productiemedewerker aan de slag in een 3 of 5 ploegendienst. Als productiemedewerker bij Europastry is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid om de heerlijke koekjes te produceren. Je gaat de juiste kilo’s aan grondstoffen voor in de machine afwegen, of je voegt hier en daar chocoladestukjes toe. Natuurlijk moeten de koekjes na de productie ook worden ingepakt. Vliegensvlug ga jij aan de slag met het inpakken van de koekjes. Nog even een doos sluiten, op de band zetten en klaar is Kees! Aan het einde van je dienst maak je nog even je werkplek schoon zodat je collega’s in de volgende ploeg van start kunnen. Gaat dit allemaal super goed? Dan kun jij zelfs doorgroeien naar de rol van operator!
