Verantwoordelijkheden

• Develop and execute a global people strategy supporting the segment's growth across regions
• Advise senior leadership on talent, organizational design, and workforce planning
• Lead global HR initiatives including mobility and cross-regional deployment
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to build a diverse, high-performing pipeline and succession
• Collaborate with Talent Management on leadership development and capability-building

Belangrijkste vereisten

• At least 10 years of HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in a global HRBP role

Heb jij technisch inzicht en houd je het overzicht als een proces onverwacht afwijkt? Bij een internationaal productiebedrijf in Raamsdonksveer zorg jij als operator voor een veilig en soepel extrusieproces in drie ploegen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de installaties waar granulaat wordt gemengd, geëxtrudeerd en verpakt. Tijdens je dienst let je steeds op het productieproces en op de veiligheid. Zie je een afwijking? Dan stuur je direct bij. Bij een flinke storing schakel je meteen met de shiftcoach en pak je het probleem samen aan.

• Je stelt de extruders en de nabewerkingsapparatuur, zoals blenders en drogers, nauwkeurig in.
• Je loopt scherpe controlerondes en signaleert procesafwijkingen.
• Je controleert grondstoffen visueel en stort handmatig materiaal bij.
• Je neemt monsters voor de kwaliteitscontrole.
• Je voert klein eerstelijns onderhoud uit.
• Je houdt de productieregistratie bij en zorgt voor een brandschone werkplek.

Zo verlaat elke batch de fabriek volgens de strengste kwaliteitsnormen.

Wat bieden we jou?

• Een bruto basissalaris tussen € 3.109,- en € 3.640,- per maand. Inclusief 17,5% ploegentoeslag kom je uit op € 3.654,- tot € 4.277,- bruto per maand.
• Daar komt elke maand 1,6% ploegenwisselvergoeding bovenop, plus 8% vakantiegeld.
• Een royale 13e maand, waarin je ploegentoeslag naar rato meetelt.
• Een detacheringscontract voor eerst een jaar, met een reële verwachting op verlenging.
• Een dekkende reiskostenvergoeding voor je ritten naar Raamsdonksveer.

Over de vacature

Als Laborant Chemie - heterogene katalyse ga je katalysatoren testen op nanoschaal voor heterogene katalyse door middel van pilot plant experimenten:

• Uitzetten van sample analyses en uitwerken van de resultaten

• Verantwoordelijk voor het opereren van de pilot plants, alsook uitvoeren van het onderhoud hiervan

• Monitoren en interpreteren van de operatiecondities en zo nodig hierop reageren

• Je communiceert dagelijks met de projectleider over de gang van zaken

• Beheer van nader te bepalen overkoepelende werkzaamheden, zoals bijv. house keeping en het beheer van spare parts

• Je start met een jaarcontract via CheckMark

• Salarisindicatie vanaf €3000,- bruto per maand o.b.v. fulltime en recht op een 13e maand

• Fulltime dienstverband van 40 uur/week. Fulltime heeft de absolute voorkeur, maar 32 uur/week is bespreekbaar

Voor de functie van Laborant Chemie - heterogene katalyse zoeken wij een enthousiaste hands-on kandidaat met een afgeronde hbo Chemie opleiding

• Aantoonbare affiniteit met laboratorium apparatuur, zoals onderhoud en troubleshooting
• Ervaring met heterogene katalytische conversie en hoge druk reactoren is een absolute pré
• Als persoon ben je pro-actief en niet bang om vragen te stellen
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je bent een echte teamplayer
