Jouw werkdag begint met een verse kop koffie ☕. Op de werkvloer liggen de eerste orders al klaar: tijd om aan de slag te gaan met het produceren van kunststof transportbanden. Deze banden worden gebruikt in de voedingsindustrie en moeten tot op de millimeter nauwkeurig worden voorbereid. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor:

• Het op maat snijden van transportbanden (PVC en kunststof)
• Het verzendklaar maken van orders door de banden zorgvuldig in te pakken
• Het verhitten met föhns en op maat vormen van kunststofdelen
• Het lijmen en afwerken van patronen op de banden

To keep the warehouse running smoothly, it's important that you, as a logistics employee meet the following requirements:

• You are willing to work in Bodegraven;
• You are full-time available ;
• You have your own transportation;
• You have experience with the EPT;
• You are 18 years or older;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You are available to work in two shifts.

In the maintenance department, where the temperature is constantly around 14 degrees celsius, you, as a logistics employee seasonal work, are responsible for moving pallets of cheeses. You do this using an EPT (Elemental Posting Machine). You ensure that the production lines are supplied with cheeses that require maintenance, such as applying a protective coating or turning the cheese. This process is fully automated using modern machinery. During your work, you use a WMS screen on your EPT. This displays the tasks you need to perform and confirms when an order is ready. The work is light physically, as you will primarily be driving and operating systems.

• You will work in a refrigerated area (approx. 14°C) where you will collect and move various types of cheese.
• You will ensure that the production lines are continuously supplied with cheeses that need to be processed (machine turning and coating);
• Experience with an EPT is a plus, but not required.

Velder has 4 million kilos of cheese, primarily whole Dutch cheeses. Velder in Bodegraven takes good care of its employees and offers a pleasant work environment. When you start, you will receive a jacket, hat, turtleneck, and gloves. Randstad will provide you with a pair of work shoes. There is also a locker available in the changing room and you will receive an access badge. On your first day as a logistics employee for seasonal work, you will get one-on-one guidance.

• shift allowance: 40% from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM, 30% from 13:00 PM to 22:00 PM, and 40% from 22:00 PM to midnight.;
• You will receive a travel allowance of €0.21 per km, with a maximum of 30 km one way;
• You will be provided with warm clothing, such as a jacket, hat, and gloves, to keep you comfortable in the refrigerated warehouse. The temperature is around 14 degrees Celsius.
