Wat ga je doen?

In de functie van Lasser / Samensteller Staalconstructies in Deurne vorm je ruwe materialen om tot complete staalconstructies. De technische tekeningen liggen klaar, het gereedschap is in topconditie en jij weet wat er moet gebeuren.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• MIG/MAG lassen van stalen constructies en onderdelen
• Samenstellen en hechten van staalconstructies volgens tekening
• Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen
• Controleren van maatvoering en laskwaliteit

Wat ga je doen?

Jouw dag begint om 08:00 uur. Na een korte afstemming met je leidinggevende verzamel je de orders en ga je aan de slag.

• Assembleren van RVS tandwielkasten.
• Assembleren van RVS elektromotoren.
• Controleren van onderdelen en bewaken van kwaliteit.
• Testen van de complete producten.
• Signaleren van afwijkingen en schakelen met engineering.
• Meedenken over verbeteringen in producten en werkinstructies.

Iedere tandwielkast wordt getest. Jij leert afwijkingen herkennen aan geluid, weerstand of loop. Dat vakmanschap ontwikkel je hier stap voor stap. Hoe langer je hier werkt, hoe scherper je wordt.

wat ga je doen
Als Cleanroom Monteur assembleer je hoogwaardige modules in een ultra-schone omgeving
waar elke handeling telt. Op basis van technische tekeningen en strikte instructies bouw je
complexe systemen. Je voert fijne afstellingen uit en controleert je eigen werk met uiterst
nauwkeurige meetapparatuur. Omdat je regelmatig met gevoelige elektronische componenten
werkt, is affiniteit met solderen en elektrisch werk een grote pré.

•  Tekening lezen: Je interpreteert moeiteloos technische documentatie.
•  Assemblage: Fijnmechanische montage van onderdelen (o.a. M2-boutjes).
•  Techniek: Uitvoeren van soldeer- en elektrotechnische werkzaamheden.
•  Kwaliteit: Fijn afstellen en secuur nameten van modules.
•  Planning: Actief meedenken in de dagelijkse planning en werken in dagdienst.

Wie ben jij
Om als assemblagemonteur succesvol aan de slag te gaan, heb je het geduld en de vaardigheid om uiterst verfijnde elektronica te monteren en draden secuur op de juiste plek aan te sluiten. Verder voldoe je aan de volgende punten:

• Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar
• Je beheerst de nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
• Je bent fysiek fit.
• Je kunt zelfstandig naar de locatie in Rijssen reizen.

Wat ga je doen
Jouw werkweek als assemblagemonteur loopt van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Je bepaalt zelf je starttijd: je klokt in tussen 06:30 uur en 08:30 uur en rondt je werkdag af tussen 15:00 uur en 17:00 uur. Op jouw eigen werkplek transformeerde je losse componenten tot complete en goed werkende besturingskasten. Omdat alle bedrading al vooraf op de millimeter nauwkeurig op lengte is gesneden, kun jij je volledig richten op een strakke afwerking volgens de digitale 3D-modellen.
