Junior Data Analist

In deze rol start je in een gestructureerd ontwikkeltraject waarin theorie en praktijk naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Je krijgt de ruimte om je technische vaardigheden te verdiepen, werkt aan je professionele ontwikkeling en bouwt tegelijkertijd relevante werkervaring op bij toonaangevende opdrachtgevers. Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Data Analist begin je met een intensieve ontwikkelfase van vier weken. In deze periode werk je gericht aan het versterken van zowel je technische als je persoonlijke vaardigheden.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Het ontwikkelen en verdiepen van vaardigheden in Python, SQL, Machine Learning en Power BI
• Het analyseren en structureren van data om inzichten en rapportages te creëren
• Het werken aan een gezamenlijke praktijkopdracht waarin je theoretische kennis direct toepast
• Het ontwikkelen van communicatieve vaardigheden, zoals presenteren en samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams

Na deze ontwikkelfase ga je aan de slag bij één van onze opdrachtgevers. Hier werk je mee aan concrete data-vraagstukken, zoals analyses, dashboards, datamodellering en rapportages. Gedurende het traject word je intensief begeleid door een Talent Manager die je ondersteunt in jouw professionele en persoonlijke groei.

who are you
You are an organized, proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You bring strong skills in system processes, equipment coordination, and cGMP-compliant document management. Working independently, you easily build cross-functional relationships and know how to prioritize effectively under pressure.

As A Lab Support Specialist you must meet the following requirements:

• You are available for 40 hours per week
• You are willing to work in Leiden
• You speak English at a technical level
• You have an MLO, MBO or Hbo degree
• You have two to four years of relevant laboratory support experience
• You have experience working in a GMP or cGMP environment
• You have experience with Microsoft Office
• You have experience with SAP, COMET, TruVault, SharePoint, or SAM ticketing systems

what will you do
As a Lab Support Specialist, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for equipment-related SAP master data and document management. You will coordinate equipment introductions, manage periodic maintenance plans, and oversee purchase orders. You will also serve as the primary site contact for pipette maintenance, calibration, and validation with external partners. Additionally, you will support the global SAP Transcend project and contribute to our team's LEAN and compliance initiatives.

• Manage SAP master data for lab equipment, including periodic maintenance updates, equipment replacements, and creating Purchase Orders.
• Act as Document Management SME. Route documents, conduct periodic reviews, gap analyses, and update general lab documentation.
• Oversee site pipette maintenance, calibrations, and validations in coordination with external partners.
• Support the SAP Transcend project by testing SAP master data solutions across the J&J network.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and actively contribute to the team's LEAN continuous improvement goals.
