INL Cargo, a leading logistics service provider with branches at Schiphol (NL), Barcelona (ES) and Ohrid (Macedonia), is entering an ambitious phase of growth. Building on a strong commercial foundation and attractive market opportunities, the company is investing in technology, network development and further professionalization. We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) who will set the commercial direction and prepare the organization for continued European expansion.

Your role

As Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead INL Cargo's commercial strategy and revenue growth across Europe. You will translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue, healthy margins and long-term customer partnerships, while building and developing an integrated team across marketing, sales, account management, and carrier and capacity management. You will maintain a strong market presence, lead strategic customer relationships and take an active role in complex tenders and business cases. A key priority is the commercialization of new propositions, including 4PL Control Tower solutions and White Glove delivery services. As a member of the executive team, you will work closely with the CEO, CFO and COO.

What you bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior commercial leadership experience in freight forwarding, road transport, logistics or supply chain services.
• A proven track record across sales, marketing, business development and key account management.
• Experience building, leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.
• A relevant network among shippers, airlines and logistics service providers.
• Expertise in pricing, tenders, contract negotiations and margin management.
• Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Dutch and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Growth mindset, having the ability the commercial team and business volume into the next level
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands and internationally.

wie ben jij

Om deze baan goed uit te kunnen voeren, voldoe je als Operations & Customer Service Specialist aan de volgende eisen:

• Je hebt MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Nederlands en Duits is een pre
• Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe werkwijzen, bereid om te investeren in een grondig inwerktraject en volgt het nieuws op de voet.
• Je werkt secuur, behoudt het overzicht en vindt het gezellig dat er honden over de kantoorvloer lopen.
• Je bent 36 of 40 uur per week beschikbaar

wat ga je doen

Je duikt in ons eigen geïntegreerde systeem en leert de processen tot in detail kennen. Je verwerkt grote aantallen orders, voert altijd even die cruciale extra check uit en deinst niet terug voor vaktermen en lastige productnamen. Daarnaast houd je het wereldnieuws in de gaten, omdat geopolitieke ontwikkelingen direct impact kunnen hebben op internationale zendingen.

• Je stuurt het complete orderproces aan van offerteaanvraag tot levering en nazorg.
• Je adviseert de klanten wereldwijd over levertijden, beschikbaarheid en statussen.
• Je bewaakt de voorraad, voert periodieke inventarisaties uit en stemt internationale verzendingen nauwkeurig af met de logistieke collega's.
• Bij piekmomenten spring je spontaan bij in het magazijn bij orderpicking of het verzendklaar maken van zendingen.
• Je denkt proactief mee over slimmere manieren van werken en innovatie binnen ons team.
