Wat ga je doen:

In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie in het warehouse. Jij houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt er samen met je team voor dat de doelen worden behaald.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Het aansturen en coachen van Assistant Supervisors en logistieke medewerkers;
• Het bewaken van de dagelijkse planning en KPI's;
• Het verdelen van de personeelsbezetting en afstemmen met Workforce Planning;
• Het signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten op de werkvloer;
• Het dagelijks overleggen met Team Leaders over planning en bezetting;
• Het verbeteren van processen en prestaties;
• Het zorgen voor een goede samenwerking tussen Operations, Workforce en Support.

Vereisten:

Jij bent een natuurlijke leider die energie krijgt van een dynamische logistieke omgeving. Je weet mensen mee te krijgen, durft beslissingen te nemen en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer de planning verandert.

Daarnaast heb je:

• MBO werk- en denkniveau óf ben je een HBO-starter;
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende rol óf 2 jaar ervaring als Assistant Supervisor;
• Ervaring met Excel en ERP/WMS-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP;
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal;
• Sterke analytische en leidinggevende vaardigheden;
• De beschikbaarheid om fulltime en in ploegendiensten te werken;
• Het recht om in Nederland te werken.
