Overview
In this role you lead and shape multi-product, multi-solution sales engagements with strategic customers across Europe, building growth through alliances and partnerships. You will drive 360-degree relationship models with key clients and technology providers, aligning sales strategies with product management and regional heads. You tackle high-impact negotiations and complex deals, influencing pricing and contracts to expand market share in networks, security, and UC&C. This position offers a chance to influence the company's technology alliances and growth agenda in a global context. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver sustained, profitable growth for the business.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define and implement sales strategies and engagement models across routes to market; develop annual sales plans with regional and product leadership
- Identify and establish relationships with senior management of key service/solution partners; initiate discussions for large multi-product contracts
- Monitor team performance against growth plans and adjust as needed; provide strategic direction for high-potential customers and long-term alliances
- Collaborate with BDMs across RTMs to develop large, multi-product solutions; participate in negotiations for complex deals
- Track opportunities, support deal assessment and proposal preparation; influence contract and pricing decisions
- Coordinate with product management on service development to strengthen market value proposition
- Assess pricing and contract approaches to improve penetration, win rate, and profitability
- Lead regional sales teams and solution specialists in opportunity identification, analysis, and proposals
- Manage relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders; approve contract amendments as required
- Finalize key strategic clients, study performance trends, and align TCL's strategy with client goals; prepare and communicate annual business plans
Belangrijkste vereisten

MBA with 12+ years in consultative selling in ICT/telecom, preferably global experience

Sales management experience with direct and matrixed resources

CXO-level engagement experience and collaboration with industry experts, partners, and vendors

Strong ICT technical background and understanding of networks, security, and UC&C
