As Senior Cost Manager, you oversee cost control across a diverse project portfolio and support project managers with budget oversight, change management, and reporting. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Monitor and control project budgets with ongoing cost reviews and trend analysis
• Advise on value engineering and cost optimization to keep projects within budget
• Coordinate variations process and manage change orders, including evaluation of client changes and contra charges
• Review and approve contractor invoices, prepare interim payment certificates, and oversee final accounts
• Attend and contribute to regular cost meetings and produce monthly cost reports

• Lead and coordinate large finance projects across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Manage projects from scoping, analysis, through execution and completion
