About this role

At JET, we want our people to enjoy their work, do their best and feel they belong. Our Employee Experience, Culture and Listening team helps make that happen. We look after how it feels to work here, from someone's first day to their last. We shape our culture, and we listen closely to what JETers tell us so we can act on it.

As our intern, you'll work alongside the team on real projects. You'll help us listen to JETers and understand how they're really feeling, then turn what they tell us into ideas we can act on. You'll also help with the culture programmes and messages that reach people in every market. It's a hands-on role and a great way to learn how a global people team works, with plenty of support along the way.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Contribute to employee experience work, from onboarding to key moments in the JETer journey
• Work with the team to gather feedback through surveys and conversations, turning insights into actionable recommendations
• Bring our culture to life through programmes and events, from planning to follow-up
• Help pilot new ways of working that could shape how JETers work globally
• Own a global project from start to finish, with full team backing
• Build skills in research, data analysis, and behaviour change to carry into your next role

What will you bring to the team?

• Currently enrolled as a university student (any field welcome, though business, HR, psychology, communications or social sciences may be particularly relevant)
• Genuine interest in people, culture, and what makes a great place to work
• Clear, friendly writing and the ability to share your ideas effectively with people at all levels
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Curious mindset with a knack for asking good questions and learning continuously
• Commitment to inclusion and recognition that people experience work in different ways
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Experience with AI tools, such as prompting and building agents
