In this Senior HR Business Partner role, you will partner with senior leaders to shape people strategy in a growing, international organization. You drive organisational design, talent management, and change initiatives to align people priorities with business goals. You'll influence decision-making through people data and coach leaders to build high-performing teams. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people solutions
• Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Lead and support large-scale transformation and change initiatives
• Drive organisational effectiveness through structure design and team development
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and HR stakeholders on people programmes
• Coach senior leaders to build high-performing teams
• Support growth by aligning talent with business needs
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people policies
• Use business and people data to influence workforce strategies

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role

• Proven track record of partnering with Director/VP/Executive-level stakeholders

• Strong experience in organisational design, transformation, and change management

• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching capabilities

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to align HR with business objectives

• Experience in complex international and matrix organisations

• Strong problem-solving skills and navigating ambiguity

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
