Overview

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Rituals, you serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business priorities into people solutions. You'll partner with the CFO/Finance MT or CHRO/HR MT to drive organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and talent development while embedding Rituals' culture. You shape people strategies through transformation, performance, and wellbeing, connecting HR data to practical actions. This role offers strategic influence and hands-on impact across a global, fast-paced environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Act as strategic HR partner for the Finance or HR function, advising executives on organizational design, performance, talent, succession, employee relations and change management
• Shape and execute the people and HR strategy aligned with business priorities and Rituals' HR agenda, enabling high-performing leadership
• Translate HR data and dashboards into actions and implement policies and processes to build a future-ready organization
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Reward, Global Service Center) to deliver integrated HR support and reinforce culture across the employee lifecycle

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Bachelor or Master in Human Resources or related field

• Strong HRBP experience in fast-paced, international environment

• Proven experience advising senior leaders and influencing organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, and transformation

• Knowledge of Dutch labor law preferred

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to balance strategic advisory with pragmatic execution

• Fluency in English; data-informed mindset; open, empathetic, communicative, results-oriented; resident in the Netherlands and eligible to work there
