Overview

In this role you will lead SAP Manufacturing initiatives for global clients, aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions with business goals. You will guide end-to-end implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor colleagues to deliver scalable, value-driven outcomes. You will drive innovation by embedding digital capabilities like predictive maintenance, digital twins, and MES integration into manufacturing landscapes. This position offers exposure to multiple industries and a chance to shape intelligent manufacturing at scale. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure coherent, client-focused messaging and sustained impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Translate business goals into SAP Manufacturing solutions aligned with client objectives
• Manage end-to-end SAP Manufacturing implementations including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans with proactive risk mitigation to meet scope, time, and budget
• Ensure team activities are structured and aligned to standards and scope
• Shape client-centric solutions to improve operational efficiency and production outcomes
• Identify opportunities to embed digital capabilities such as predictive maintenance, digital twins, MES integration, and IoT into SAP landscapes
• Foster innovation within the team to continuously create client value
• Lead and mentor diverse, multidisciplinary teams and share knowledge through communities of practice
• Communicate complex ideas clearly with visuals and storytelling; manage difficult conversations and align viewpoints
• Role model continuous learning; coach team members and support career development

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 8+ years of experience delivering SAP Manufacturing or Production Planning (SAP PP) solutions, ideally including S/4HANA

• Strong understanding of end-to-end shop floor processes (production execution, MRP, quality, maintenance, MES integration)

• Experience leading SAP implementation teams across global deployments

• Familiarity with industry-specific manufacturing models (discrete, process, repetitive) is an advantage

• Excellent English communication; Dutch or other EU language skills are a plus
