Join Medtronic as a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality customer experiences. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and drive performance and development while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Service professionals with regular coaching and performance feedback
• Plan and allocate daily work to optimize workflow and service quality
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for team members
• Provide day-to-day operational and technical guidance ensuring processes are followed
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and issues
• Communicate updates clearly to keep the team aligned with priorities
• Identify and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
• Monitor performance and make resource-based decisions to meet objectives

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Professional-level fluency in English and Dutch; French desirable

• Broad knowledge of technical/operational practices in customer service

• Experience with SAP is a plus

• Education/experience options: High school/GED with 5 years, Associate's with 3 years, Baccalaureate with minimum 1 year supervisory experience or 3 years CS experience

• Knowledge of work scheduling, prioritization, and coaching

• Cross-border work eligibility in the Netherlands (office-based requirement)
