Als Warehouse Manager ben je de spil van het magazijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat de processen soepel verlopen en stuurt het team aan om de doelen te behalen. De werkdag begint met een lekker kopje koffie ☕ en een kort overleg met je team. Je houdt je bezig met het reilen en zeilen van de logistieke processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden efficiënt worden uitgevoerd. Tussendoor is er altijd tijd voor een praatje met je collega’s! Je pakt de coördinatie van de dagelijkse werkprocessen op en bewaakt de kwaliteit. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor een tijdige en juiste levering van producten. Ook controleer je de voorraad en hou je het magazijn netjes en op orde. Halverwege jouw shift stroomt de 2e shift in. Je gaat dan als één grote geoliede machine aan het werk, totdat de dienst van jouw ploeg erop zit! Korte overdracht met de andere teamleider en einde werkdag! 🎉
