In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van deze systemen, van concept tot serieproductie. Je ontwerpt niet alleen, maar geeft ook technische sturing aan projecten. Jouw belangrijkste taken: Vertalen van klant- en systeemrequirements naar technische ontwerpen en oplossingen. Leiden, coördineren en bewaken van technische ontwikkelprojecten (inclusief kwaliteit, planning en risico's). Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses (zoals DFMEA en FTA) en het begeleiden van de test-, validatie- en prototypefase. Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt en het ondersteunen van afdelingen zoals productie, inkoop en kwaliteit. Initiëren van verbeteringen in de producten en het ontwikkelproces. Wat wordt er van jou gevraagd? Een afgeronde technische hbo- of wo-opleiding (bijv. Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechanical Engineering). Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met productontwikkeling binnen een seriematige maakomgeving (zoals automotive, aerospace of machinebouw). Kennis van ontwikkelmethodieken (APQP, FMEA) en ervaring met root cause analyses. What you'll do

• Develop / optimize NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines using advanced CAM software.
• Provide hands-on shop floor support to CNC operators, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues on the shop floor to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that machining processes meet the required specifications and standards.
• Continuously improve machining processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the department.
• Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce / eliminate non-conformances.
• Develop / improve standard operation procedures (SOP).

Wie ben jij?

• Bachelor's in engineering (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing Technology).
• 5 Years' experience in a hard metal manufacturing and a passion for precision, multi-axis machining.
• Proficient in using CATIA V5. Experience with TopSolid, Siemens NX CAM, Vericut, CrashGuard, Tooltech and TDM is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Siemens NC code and Heidenhain.
• Extensive experience with on-machine probing.
• Experience and knowledge with hard metals;
• Proven experience with deep-hole drilling, mill-turning and turning techniques.
• Solid background in operating and programming CNC machines, with a deep understanding of multi-axis milling and mill-turn operations. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of GD&T.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support production activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with CNC operators and other team members.

As a Licensed B1.3 Engineer, you'll take on a critical role in maintaining and inspecting military helicopter systems and engines, ensuring compliance with MAA-NLD regulations. Working with an expert team (both civil and military members), you'll be hands-on in assembly, disassembly, and in-depth fault analysis. From minor modifications up to heavy maintenance! Together with your colleagues you are responsible for releasing military helicopter back into service, and in this process, you will supervise less experienced engineers.

As a Licensed B1.3 Engineer, you'll take on a critical role in maintaining and inspecting military helicopter systems and engines, ensuring compliance with MAA-NLD regulations. Working with an expert team (both civil and military members), you'll be hands-on in assembly, disassembly, and in-depth fault analysis. From minor modifications up to heavy maintenance! Together with your colleagues you are responsible for releasing military helicopter back into service, and in this process, you will supervise less experienced engineers.

Over de functie

Als Technical Product Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van technische producten gedurende verschillende fases van de product lifecycle. Van ontwikkeling en engineering tot industrialisatie, productie en verdere optimalisatie.

Je hoeft niet degene te zijn die alle technische berekeningen zelf maakt, maar je begrijpt techniek voldoende om inhoudelijk mee te kunnen praten en de juiste vragen te stellen.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het grondig inspecteren, controleren en laten onderhouden van technische installaties op de terminal.
