Fokker Techniek specializes in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) services, handling everything from minor repairs to extensive inspections under EASA's Design Organisation Approval (DOA). Fokker Techniek can manage the complete design and development process in-house, including certification and flight testing. Over de functie

As a Licensed B1.3 Engineer, you'll take on a critical role in maintaining and inspecting military helicopter systems and engines, ensuring compliance with MAA-NLD regulations. Working with an expert team (both civil and military members), you'll be hands-on in assembly, disassembly, and in-depth fault analysis. From minor modifications up to heavy maintenance! Together with your colleagues you are responsible for releasing military helicopter back into service, and in this process, you will supervise less experienced engineers.

Wie ben jij?

• Hold an EASA AML B1.3 (civil) and/or you have extensive NH90 experience
• Able to perform base maintenance checks
• Have a comprehensive logbook with documented experience.
• Strong in technical English communication.
• Solution-oriented, with effective team collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
• You are keen to enter into a long employment relationship where you can develop as a professional. To be clear: this role is therefore not a contractor opportunity.

Over de functie

Als B1.3 Licensed Engineer / Technician speel je een belangrijke rol in het onderhoud, de inspectie en certificering van mechanische en elektrische helikoptersystemen en motoren, volledig in overeenstemming met Part 145 en Military Aviation regelgeving.

Bij binnenkomst van de NH90-helikopter voer je entry-inspecties en testen uit, gevolgd door reparaties, revisies, modificaties, testen, voorbereiding en afstelling van componenten en composiet helikoptersystemen. Je werkzaamheden variëren van routinematig onderhoud tot complexe technische storingsanalyses en heavy maintenance.

Samen met zowel civiele als militaire collega's zorg je ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens strikte luchtvaartveiligheidsnormen en documentatie-eisen. Indien nodig ondersteun je ook veldoperaties of inzet tijdens oefeningen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Vertalen van onderhoudswerkzaamheden naar veilige en conforme uitvoering volgens Part 145
• Uitvoeren van base maintenance, inspecties, reparaties en modificaties
• Troubleshooten van mechanische en elektrische systemen
• Certificeren en vrijgeven van helikopters voor inzet (indien bevoegd)
• Begeleiden en ondersteunen van minder ervaren technici
• Bijhouden van correcte technische documentatie en logboeken
• Waarborgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid volgens luchtvaartstandaarden

Je werkt voor Fokker Techniek en bent gestationeerd bij onze klantlocatie in Den Helder of Hoogerheide.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een gestructureerde en verantwoordelijke Licensed Engineer of monteur die veiligheid, kwaliteit en teamwork belangrijk vindt. Je communiceert helder en voelt je thuis in een professionele militaire luchtvaartomgeving.
Je brengt mee:

• MBO niveau 4 opleiding Aircraft Maintenance Engineering of vergelijkbaar
• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als B1.3 en/of B2 technicus in helikopteronderhoud en/of een volledige B1.3 AML
• Ervaring met base maintenance checks
• Kennis van Part 145 en Military Aviation eisen
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal (Nederlands is een pré)
• Een volledig en goed gedocumenteerd logboek
• e intentie voor een langdurig dienstverband (geen freelance/contractrol)

Licenties & certificering

Vereist:

• B1.3 en/of B2 Aircraft Maintenance License of minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met werkzaamheden aan helikopters

Pré

• NH90 type rating en certificeringsbevoegdheid
• Ervaring op de NH90
• Military Part-66 modules 50-55

Technici met licenties op andere helikoptertypes (bijv. AgustaWestland, Sikorsky, Apache, Chinook, Cougar, etc.) nodigen wij ook uit om te solliciteren!

In dat geval:

• Bereidheid om de NH90 type rating te behalen via het Royal Air Education & Training Center (RAETC)
• Type training wordt doorgaans aangeboden na 12-18 maanden operationele ervaring

Volledig gecertificeerde NH90-technici dienen een Military Aircraft Maintenance License (MAML) met NH90 endorsement te hebben of te kunnen verlengen.
