- 25 vakantiedagen.
- 13e maand uitkering.
- Pensioenregeling via Nationale Nederlanden
- Nieuwe systemen gemakkelijk oppakt

Description
Do you want to get to know large multinationals and advise them on complex tax matters? Are you looking for a role in which you translate international laws and regulations into concrete advice within a dynamic team?
As a Consultant Transfer Pricing, you determine how profits are allocated across the entities of a multinational, based on the added value within the value chain. You interview management, analyse financial statements, organisational structures and agreements, and dive into industry reports. You work in an international and dynamic team, divided across three disciplines: Middle Market Public Sector (MMPS), International Tax Services (ITS) and Financial Services (FS).
This is what you'll do

You advise (listed) international companies on complex tax matters, think along with financial institutions on interest and transaction structures, and support family businesses with their growth ambitions and succession planning.
- Advise clients on transfer pricing and support them with the implementation, in collaboration with other PwC teams;
- Perform quantitative and legal analyses to substantiate your advice, for example on restructurings and transfers of intellectual property;
- Conduct interviews with clients about their earnings, operational and organisational models;
- Draft memos and reports in which you document your analyses and the applied transfer pricing methodology;
- Stay up to date on international developments and share these during technical team meetings.
You recognize yourself in this
You are an ambitious and curious professional with an analytical mindset. You easily build relationships with clients and colleagues, and adapt smoothly to a dynamic environment. In addition:
- You hold a Master's degree in tax law, tax economics or an economic, financial or business-related field;
- You are analytically strong and comfortable working with numbers;
- You are interested in the business world and the industries in which our clients operate;
- Your Dutch and/or English speaking and writing skills are at a high level;
- You have an affinity with digital tools and the ambition to become 'digitally savvy'.
What we offer
At PwC, you get the opportunity to be yourself, bring out the best in yourself within a high-performance organisation and grow within our global network. We offer you, among other things:
- A competitive salary, an attractive pension scheme and the opportunity to grow quickly;

- 29 holiday days per year;
- Nice extras such as various informal company activities;
- YoungPwC: a network where young employees get the chance to connect and exchange knowledge. The experience and tips of their colleagues are of great value to young PwC professionals and help them realise their ambitions within PwC.

De positie
For Spectral Industries, we are seeking a senior-level Business Development professional whose primary focus will be the development of a sustainable customer portfolio within the mining sector, across Australia, Chile, and Canada. This role is expected to become one of the key commercial leaders in Spectral’s global scaling journey.
Mining represents a strategically important growth market with significant commercial potential for Spectral Industries, as the benefits of rapid, non-contact elemental analysis create immediate and measurable value for mining operations. Even small improvements in ore sorting or process control can result in substantial cost savings.
In a later phase, the company will expand into additional industries, including recycling in Europe. To support this market, Spectral Industries is also recruiting a medior-level Business Development professional focused on the recycling sector.
Over the past few years, Spectral Industries has invested in the development of its advanced high-tech measurement systems, and is now ready to accelerate their international market adoption.
Recently, the company appointed a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the development and execution of its commercial strategy, laying the foundation for sustainable business growth. Building and expanding a strong, professional commercial team is one of the organization's key priorities.
What will you do as a Business Development Director at Spectral Industries?
- As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Spectral Industries' international growth strategy. Through your commercial initiatives, you will increase market awareness of Spectral Industries and its products, while clearly demonstrating the value proposition and operational impact of its technology to customers.
- You will establish and grow the market within the mining sector (and/or recycling sector) by acquiring new customers. You will identify new business opportunities, develop and strengthen relationships with customers and prospects, and contribute to the execution of the go-to-market strategy for Spectral Industries' products.
- You will be responsible for revenue generation and the development of a healthy commercial pipeline.
- You will regularly visit customers and prospects, building long-term strategic relationships with mine operators, engineering firms, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders across the mining value
- You will gather market intelligence and competitive insights, providing valuable input for Spectral Industries' growth strategy.
- You will report directly to the CCO.
Over het bedrijf
Spectral Industries BV is a Dutch technology company based in Delft, developing advanced measurement solutions for the global mining, metals production, and recycling industries. Its measurement systems are built around the core technology LIBS (Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy), an emission spectroscopy technique that provides an elemental fingerprint of the sample under investigation. Combined with intelligent software, this technology enables the near-instant, on-site determination of the chemical composition of material streams. Integrated into optical sensors mounted above conveyor belts, the systems continuously analyse raw materials, ores, metals, and recycled materials in real time.
The data generated provides customers with immediate insight into material composition, including which elements are present and in what concentrations, without having to wait for laboratory results. These real-time insights enable faster and better decision-making across extraction, production, and processing operations.
Enhanced control over material streams helps reduce energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, and waste:
- Mining companies can optimize ore sorting and processing operations throughout the mining value chain;
- Metal producers can continuously monitor and optimize their production processes in-line and in real time;
- Recycling companies can improve material recovery by accurately identifying metals and other materials, including difficult-to-measure elements such as lithium and carbon, enabling more effective sorting and reuse.
As a result, Spectral Industries' solutions help customers improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operational performance.
Founded in 2015, Spectral Industries was established with a clear mission: to bring LIBS (Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy) technology out of the laboratory and into real-world industrial operations. Building on more than a decade of experience in LIBS-based material analysis, the company has developed advanced measurement solutions that deliver actionable insights directly in the field, enabling customers to make faster and better operational decisions.
With a growing international installed base and increasing market adoption, Spectral Industries is currently transitioning from a predominantly project-driven organization to a product-focused business. This transformation is centred around its flagship product platforms, CorePulse and BeltPulse.
