Voor onze klant EY zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die de rol van Compliance Assistant gaat vervullen in het team binnen ITTS. Jouw standplaats zal Amsterdam zijn. Jij zal je bezig houden met het verzamelen van informatie omtrent nieuwe klanten en opdrachten. Wanneer er een nieuwe klant/opdracht is, registreer je deze in de juiste documenten waarna het in een bulk naar de collega’s in India gaat. Tijdens het gehele proces ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit checks en informeer je je collega’s.

Jij bent als Compliance Assistant een echte verbinder tussen de collega’s en diverse afdelingen. Omdat je binnen deze rol elkaar nodig hebt, heb je een proactieve instelling en stap je bij vragen of aandachtspunten gemakkelijk naar je collega’s. Binnen deze rol wordt er verwacht dat je je flexibel op kan stellen omdat geen dag hetzelfde is.
Jij als Compliance Assistant krijgt er energie van als de procedures zorgvuldig en soepel lopen. Maar wat breng jij in ieder geval mee naar deze functie?
Jij bent als Compliance Assistant samen met jouw collega’s in India, verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve verwerking van de nieuwe klanten en opdrachten. Jij komt te werken op de afdeling Tax Quality Support die zich dus focust op nieuwe klanten en opdrachten, maar ook het bijhouden van huidige klanten en opdrachten.
Zo verwerk jij als Compliance Assistant de nieuwe klanten en opdrachten in de juiste documenten volgens de door EY opgestelde processen. Waarna je dit met jouw collega’s in India deelt, die het vervolgens gaat verwerken in de systemen. Maar als zij vragen of twijfels hebben ben jij hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Jij zal ook kwaliteit checks moeten uitvoeren op het werk dat je van je collega’s ontvangt.
Tot slot ben jij de schakel tussen de collega's op de werkvloer. Haak je consultants aan en licht je de managers in. Hierdoor zal je ook veel communiceren met diverse partijen.

De standplaats van deze vacature is het kantoor van Amsterdam. Je komt te werken op de afdeling ITTS binnen TAX. Hier kom je te werken met een aantal Compliance Assistants en consultants. De rol van Compliance Assistant wordt ook wel TQST - Tax Quality Support Team, genoemd op de werkvloer. Verder sta je in deze rol in nauw contact met je collega's in India.
