Als Shift Technician (5 ploegendienst) bij Ardagh Metal Packaging in Oss speel je een sleutelrol binnen het productieproces. Je werkt samen met collega’s in een moderne fabriek waar dagelijks meer dan 9 miljoen blikjes worden geproduceerd voor grote internationale merken. Je analyseert storingen in het machinepark, voert structurele oplossingen door en adviseert jouw ploeg over productieproblemen. Je introduceert nieuwe productietechnieken en kijkt continu waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn op de werkvloer. Een groot deel van je dag ben je aanwezig tussen de machines, waar je samenwerkt met andere technici en de Electrical Engineer.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

• Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen met een structurele aanpak
• Doorvoeren van verbeteringen op basis van trends in machineafwijkingen
• Informeren van de ploegleiding over de conditie van het machinepark
• (Mede) introduceren en begeleiden van nieuwe productietechnieken en methodes
• Uitvoeren van opgedragen reparaties
• Ondersteunen en assisteren van de storingsmonteur Electro
• Analyseren van structurele productieproblemen en opstellen van verbetervoorstellen

Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst (2-2-2), waardoor je flexibiliteit hebt in je werktijden en vrije dagen. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op de productievloer van een hightech fabriek in Oss.

Wat wij vragen

• Afgeronde MBO-opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde (WTB), Algemene Operationele Techniek (AOT), Installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Shift Technician, Storingsmonteur, Onderhoudsmonteur of vergelijkbare functie in de productie
• Ervaring met draaien, lassen en frezen
• Bekend met het zoeken, analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan machines
• Vaardig in het afstellen en repareren van machines
• Goede mondelinge communicatie in Nederlands en Engels
• Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken

As a Machine Operator in Zoetermeer, you are responsible for testing finished products daily, maintaining machines, and independently solving minor malfunctions. You work on the production floor of a dynamic production company where quality and safety come first. Your day includes:

• Analyzing and reporting machine stops and identifying errors using control equipment
• Performing product changes, such as mold changes
• Daily testing of production according to established procedures
• Working according to the applicable quality systems
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Housekeeping guidelines
• Reporting to the Shift Leader at the end of your shift

You work in a 5-shift system, which provides a lot of variety and flexibility. Working hours are divided between day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends.
