Overview

In this role you lead as a senior technology advisor at EPAM, shaping Data, Analytics and GenAI offerings while guiding complex pre-sales from strategy to implementation. You will act as a trusted partner to C-suite and senior tech stakeholders, driving architecture decisions and hands-on PoVs/PoCs where needed. The position blends executive advisory with architecture leadership across Western Europe, and involves practical prototyping to de-risk solutions. Hybrid work with weekly client-site presence in Zaandam supports close client collaboration and delivery impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• act as senior technology leader at the intersection of advisory, architecture, and production-ready AI
• lead cross-functional practice efforts across Western Europe to shape Data, Analytics, and GenAI offerings
• drive complex pre-sales from strategy through implementation
• build lightweight PoVs/PoCs and challenge architecture decisions
• provide hands-on technical consulting leadership when necessary
• guide teams toward target-state architectures and de-risk solutions
• maintain client relationships at the C-suite and senior technology levels
• work in a hybrid mode with weekly client site presence in Zaandam
