In this role you shape the long-term product strategy for Tommy Hilfiger within PVH, translating brand priorities into a clear multi-season direction. • Define long-term Product Strategy aligned with brand priorities and market trends
• Shape category acceleration and connect opportunities with seasonal planning and investment choices
• Lead seasonal planning direction with actionable frameworks and guardrails
• Coordinate portfolio priorities, sequencing, and resource allocation with clear implications
• Own and evolve the Product Strategy operating model including governance and performance metrics
• Lead strategic initiatives and transformation priorities with clear objectives and accountable ownership
• Serve as trusted advisor to Product Leadership and translate insights into strategic narratives
• Represent Product priorities in cross-functional forums to ensure aligned execution
• Build cross-functional partnerships, challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders
• Oversee team performance, workload management, and capability development
• Drive organizational capability through resource planning, coaching, and succession planning
• Support leadership on high-priority executive initiatives and forums

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 12+ years in product, strategy, or related fields

• 7+ years of managerial experience leading senior professionals

• Experience in apparel, footwear, retail or consumer goods preferred

• Proven track record in long-term strategic planning and portfolio management

• Strong leadership in global organizations and change management

• Experience with executive decision-making and cross-functional governance
