Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA manufacturing design, build and deployment for production planning and execution. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality PP/QM solutions across implementation and rollout programs, including cloud deployments. You'll help bridge business needs with IT delivery in a global, cross-functional SAP Competence Center. The opportunity offers growth in SAP S/4HANA delivery and exposure to a high-tech, collaborative environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions across Production Planning (PP) and Execution (ME), and Quality Management (QM)
• Analyze manufacturing processes, capture requirements and translate into functional designs and configurations
• Configure, test and document PP and QM solutions per standards
• Facilitate workshops, fit-to-standard discussions and solution validation with stakeholders
• Support integration between SAP S/4HANA and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); define and test data/transaction flows
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical, data, integration, and security teams
• Develop test scenarios, support testing (system and user acceptance), analyze defects and coordinate resolutions

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Bachelor or Master education in Business Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Business Administration

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry or consultancy

• Hands-on experience in at least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation in PP/QM

• Experience facilitating fit-to-standard workshops and solution validation sessions

• Experience with data migration, cutover, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing

• Strong knowledge of production planning, production execution and QM in discrete manufacturing

• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP/QM; awareness of SAP Digital Manufacturing or MES capabilities

• Understanding of MES integration concepts; ability to document processes and configurations clearly

• Independent, proactive, flexible working style with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent English communication; Dutch is a plus; willingness to travel internationally
