Overview

In this role you drive growth by expanding adoption of Esri technology through our distributor network in the region. You articulate business value to customers and partners, shaping multi-year strategies and opportunities across new markets. You collaborate with executives to influence decisions, while translating GIS capabilities into tangible outcomes for national security and public safety contexts. You will lead critical negotiations and executive reviews, helping Esri and its partners scale impact.

• Identify and develop opportunities with distributors and customers across new lines of business and market segments
• Articulate business value and negotiate with executives and stakeholders to drive regional growth
• Contribute to regional business and strategic growth plans and share product/app knowledge to support region goals
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and distributors; facilitate value-driven meetings
• Lead the Executive Review process with distributors to finalize enterprise agreements and terms
• Displace competition through research and regional, industry, and country knowledge; support cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Mentor team members and influence internal and external stakeholders through clear communication
• Represent Esri in executive-level engagements and conferences to advance GIS adoption

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 5+ years in gathering and designing technical specifications to solve customer needs

• eligible for NATO security clearance

• experience in national security, defense/intelligence or Public Safety

• enterprise software sales experience direct and via channel

• expert in negotiation and strategic engagements

• advanced storytelling and executive-level presenting skills

• ability to quickly learn new technology and translate into customer solutions

• Mastery of English; other languages a plus

• understanding of GIS, Esri technology, and NATO security context

• Bachelor in GIS, business administration, or related field
