Wat ga je doen?

Je werkzaamheden zijn:

• Controleren van fitnessapparatuur en onderdelen op kwaliteit;
• Inpakken van producten die naar klanten worden verzonden;
• Uitvoeren van kleine herstelwerkzaamheden aan fitnessapparatuur;
• Problemen, schade of afwijkingen melden bij je leidinggevende;
• Controleren van producten die terugkomen van klanten;
• Retourproducten verwerken in het magazijn en in het systeem;
• Controleren van apparatuur die wordt omgewisseld vanuit de serviceafdeling;
• Klaarmaken van speciale bestellingen voor klanten en partners;
• Uitvoeren van magazijnwerkzaamheden, zoals voorraad tellen en goederen ontvangen;
• Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek;
• Je kennis over producten en onderdelen uitbreiden door trainingen en opleidingen.

Waar ga je werken?

Je gaat werken bij een internationale organisatie die fitnessapparatuur produceert en levert aan bijvoorbeeld sportscholen. Vanuit het distributiecentrum in Klundert worden fitnessapparaten en onderdelen gecontroleerd, verwerkt en klaargemaakt voor klanten in Europa. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, produceren en verkopen van professionele en thuis-fitnessapparatuur, waaronder loopbanden, hometrainers en crosstrainers onder bekende merken. Wie ben je?

• Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole of wilt dit graag leren;
• Ervaring in een magazijn of logistieke omgeving is een pré;
• Je spreekt en begrijpt de Engelse taal;
• Ervaring met een EPT en/of heftruck is een pré;
• Je bent lichamelijk fit en vindt het niet erg om actief bezig te zijn.

As an Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You’ll work on one of our production lines, together with a small team of colleagues, and make sure everything is produced safely, efficiently, and to the right quality standards.

What does your workday look like?

The production department has 8 production lines, with a team of 4 colleagues working together on each line:

• One colleague works at the end of the conveyor belt, checking the products and removing them from the line;
• Three colleagues work with the moulds, operate the machines, and fill the moulds.

You’ll work closely with your team to keep the production process running smoothly and ensure the finished products meet the required quality standards.

What will you be doing?

• Starting, operating, and monitoring the production line;
• Working with moulds and supporting the production process;
• Checking the quality of concrete products;
• Keeping your workplace clean, organised, and safe;
• Working closely with your colleagues to keep production running efficiently;

Is the work physically demanding?

The work is generally not physically demanding. The most physical task is occasionally shovelling concrete back into the moulds when some falls beside them. In practice, this happens only occasionally when the machines are properly adjusted.

As a Screen Preparation Operator, you play an important role in supporting the efficiency and quality of the screen printing operation. This position involves restoring previously used screens to production-ready condition and preparing new screens by fitting and tensioning mesh to specification. Core Responsibilities

• Restore used screen frames by removing ink deposits, stencil coatings, adhesive residues, and other contaminants.

• Remove worn or damaged mesh from frames.
• Prepare frame surfaces through cleaning and finishing processes before mesh installation.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in the Netherlands is expected to range between EUR 41,250 and EUR 57,750. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.

What you will do:

• Support the Manufacturing Compliance Lead in maintaining readiness for routine GMP inspections and pre-approval inspections.
• Initiate, review and revise batch records, SOPs, protocols, work instructions and other GMP-related documentation.

What we are looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification, in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field, ideally with a pharmaceutical background.
• Entry-level to early-career experience, with up to four years of relevant experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
• A good understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), ideally within the manufacture of advanced therapy medicinal products or another highly regulated environment.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt your approach when new information becomes available.
• The ability to assess quality-related decisions and recognise when to consult Manufacturing Compliance or Quality Assurance colleagues.
