Verantwoordelijkheden

• Coordinate development of proposals, qualification documents, client presentations, and marketing materials
• Translate client requirements into proposal strategies, compliance matrices, outlines, and templates
• Develop proposal schedules, manage resources and deadlines, track actions
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers and business development to create compelling, compliant proposals
• Contribute to win themes and client-focused messaging to strengthen Fluor's competitive position
• Support pursuit planning, capture activities, and strategic growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, efficiency, and win probability
• Coordinate, edit, and proofread inputs from technical experts for clarity and persuasiveness
• Participate in strategy sessions, kick-offs, and reviews
• Create professional and visually engaging proposals and marketing materials
• Collaborate across lines, departments, and offices to ensure branding and governance compliance

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Four-year degree or global equivalent in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, Design, or related field with at least four years of related experience

• Experience developing proposals, tenders, bids, or related documents in engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, or professional services

• Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong editing and content development abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple contributors and deadlines

• Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels and collaborating in international, multidisciplinary teams

Bedrijfsomschrijving:

Locatie: Amsterdam.
Deze organisatie exploiteert windtunnels op vier locaties en voert hoog gekwalificeerd onderzoek uit voor internationale opdrachtgevers, voornamelijk uit de luchtvaart en automotive sector. De organisatie ontwikkelt en realiseert testopstellingen en meetoplossingen voor het onderzoeken van aerodynamische, aero-akoestische en aero-elastische eigenschappen van voertuigen en vliegtuigconcepten en werkt hierbij samen met internationale R&D-teams en klanten in Amsterdam en daarbuiten. In Amsterdam wordt het technisch management van testopstellingen en de coördinatie van lokale faciliteiten uitgevoerd, waarbij projectwerk ook op de locatie Marknesse plaatsvindt. Het team binnen projecten en customer relation management bestaat uit R&D engineers en project engineers met expertise op het gebied van meettechnieken, aerodynamica en mechanical engineering en ondersteunt acquisitie en uitvoering van windtunnelprojecten. De organisatie biedt ruimte voor vakinhoudelijke en persoonlijke ontwikkeling en faciliteert dit met een opleidingsbudget, een mentor en interne coaches en onderhoudt nauwe contacten met mbo's, hbo's en universiteiten. Functie-inhoud:

• Als Mechanical Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en de realisatie van mechanische testopstellingen voor windtunneltesten
• Je vertaalt klantwensen naar mechanische specificaties en begeleidt dit vanaf de proposal fase
• Als Mechanical Engineer ontwerp je interfaces tussen het testobject en de windtunnel infrastructuur met behulp van CATIA
• Je voert sterkte- en stijfheidsanalyses uit met analytische en eindige elementen methodes en beoordeelt sterkterapportages
• Als Mechanical Engineer coördineer je subcontracting en beoordeel je offertes
• Je treedt op als lokaal coördinator voor de windtunnels in Amsterdam en ondersteunt het lijnmanagement bij facilitair management en onderhoudsplanning

Functie-eisen:

• Afgeronde HBO-opleiding zoals Werktuigbouwkunde of Luchtvaarttechnologie
• Ervaring met CATIA 3 D CAD en eindige elementen rekenmethodiek
• Kennis van de machinerichtlijn en toepassing in de praktijk
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels, Duits is een pré
• Teamspeler met resultaatgerichtheid, initiatief, zelfstandigheid en coördinerend vermogen
