Overview

In this role you coordinate and craft high-quality proposals to help Fluor win new business across diverse markets. You'll work with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into strategic, compliant documents and compelling visuals. You contribute to win themes and client-focused positioning while maintaining brand standards and governance. This position offers the chance to shape pursuit strategies in a global, collaborative environment that values initiative and clarity.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Coordinate development of proposals, qualification documents, client presentations, and marketing materials
• Translate client requirements into proposal strategies, compliance matrices, outlines, and templates
• Develop proposal schedules, manage resources and deadlines, track actions
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers and business development to create compelling, compliant proposals
• Contribute to win themes and client-focused messaging to strengthen Fluor's competitive position
• Support pursuit planning, capture activities, and strategic growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, efficiency, and win probability
• Coordinate, edit, and proofread inputs from technical experts for clarity and persuasiveness
• Participate in strategy sessions, kick-offs, and reviews
• Create professional and visually engaging proposals and marketing materials
• Collaborate across lines, departments, and offices to ensure branding and governance compliance
• Support Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability policies

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Four-year degree or global equivalent in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, Design, or related field with at least four years of related experience

• Experience developing proposals, tenders, bids, or related documents in engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, or professional services

• Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong editing and content development abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple contributors and deadlines

• Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels and collaborating in international, multidisciplinary teams

• Interest in strategic business development, client engagement, and pursuit support activities
