Large presses, metal components and a production process in which every step matters. As a production worker, you will work in the heart of the pressing department and learn the production process from the ground up.You will start with clearly defined tasks. You will make sure the correct materials are loaded into the press, remove the finished components from the machine and check the results. If everything meets the required standards, you will carefully package the products and prepare them for further processing or shipment.As you gain experience, you will learn more about the machines and the production process. Once you have mastered the basics, you can learn new tasks and take on more responsibility. The aim is to help you develop into an operator in the pressing department.Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supplying materials and loading them into industrial presses;
• Inspecting products and identifying any defects or deviations;
• Packaging products and preparing them for further processing or shipment;
• Learning to operate different machines and use various techniques within the pressing department;
• Gradually taking on more of the responsibilities associated with an operator role.

You will start on the day shift and receive proper training. To continue developing in this role, you must be willing to work shifts in the future.

As a technician SMART, you will work together with your colleagues to assemble complete trailers. The department produces different types of trailers. You will work according to clear work instructions and learn step by step how to assemble and connect various components.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and assembling various trailer components;
• Installing hydraulic and pneumatic components;
• Connecting electrical wiring and electrical components;
• Installing pipework, fittings and other technical components;
• Installing axles and brake system components;
• Making and installing wooden floors;
• Working on various parts of the chassis;
• Using hand tools and other technical equipment;
• Reading and following technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions;
• Checking your own work and ensuring a high-quality finished product;
• Working together with colleagues at different workstations;

A trailer goes through several stages within the department. This allows you to learn about different parts of the production process and gradually gain a better understanding of how a complete trailer is built.
You do not need to know everything from day one. During your initial training period, you will receive plenty of support from experienced colleagues. You will learn the job in practice and have the opportunity to continuously develop your technical skills.
