Overview

As Principal Consultant, you lead end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 WMS solutions and orchestrate Agile delivery. You combine solution architecture, functional leadership, and Scrum facilitation to scale warehouse and logistics apps. You'll coordinate onsite-offshore teams and engage CXO-level stakeholders to drive high-quality outcomes. This role centers on optimizing inventory, warehousing, and related supply chain processes at scale, within a dynamic consulting environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and ensure smooth Agile delivery
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
• Assist Product Owner with backlog prioritization and requirement refinement
• Design and implement process improvements to boost team productivity and project practices
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain sprint momentum
• Ensure high-quality delivery within sprint timelines and robust testing
• Drive end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 WMS deliverables (Shipping, MSCA, WMS, Inventory) and complex integrations
• Lead requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and post-production support
• Engage in performance-focused solution design for high transaction volumes and coordinate performance testing
• Leverage European Localization knowledge and Oracle ERP capabilities in client-facing settings

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Strong Oracle EBS R12 functional knowledge in Shipping, MSCA, WMS, and Inventory modules

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 WMS processes (Picking, Put-away, Task Management, Cross docking, Barcode labelling, handheld devices, 3PL)

• Experience designing/delivering complex, integrated solutions (3rd party WMS, TMS, Trade Compliance, EDI)

• Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Master Data Management, Intercompany processes

• Proficiency in PL/SQL and familiarity with WMS DB tables

• Previous Solution Architect role in Oracle ERP transformations; strong Oracle EBS capabilities

• Strong client-facing communication and delivery management with offshore teams

• Oracle Certification mandatory; Distribution Industry experience a plus

• Knowledge of Oracle Technology stack, Cloud Web Services, and ALM tools (Panaya, JIRA); performance testing tools is desired

• Onsite-offshore coordination and CXO-level relationship management
