Ready for a challenge?

Then Just Eat might be the place for you. We're a leading global online delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience. Whether it's a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.

About this role

Consumer Pricing is one of the most powerful and sensitive levers in our marketplace and logistics. Every fee we set affects conversion, basket size, growth, retention, courier economics and profitability. As Pricing Performance Manager, you will be the performance engine behind how we price for the consumer across our global JET markets.

You will own the measurement, experimentation and performance insights for Consumer Pricing & Fees, covering delivery fees, service fees and small order fees. You will turn data and customer insights into clear pricing opportunities, rigorous experiments and scalable decisions with measurable P&L impact. You will report to the Consumer Pricing Director within the Growth function and be based in Amsterdam or London.

You will work daily with Markets, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Product & Tech, Data & Analytics and Growth teams, and act as the connective tissue between them. You will support a structured test-and-learn roadmap across key consumer pricing levers, make sure results are trusted and understood, and drive the scaling of what works.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Design pricing experiments (Geo, switchback and A/B testing) with clear hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, sample size and duration.
  • Evaluate results with statistical rigor and deliver decision-ready readouts that state the recommendation, the trade-offs and the expected P&L impact (growth and profitability). Present pricing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise and compelling way.
  • Diagnose performance drivers such as fee changes, mix, seasonality, competition and courier cost, and explain what is moving the numbers and why.
  • Extract, query and model data from our data platform to support analysis and commercial decision making.
  • Build and maintain self-serve tooling that give markets and leadership a clear, trusted, single view of consumer pricing performance.
  • Define the pricing measurement framework working closely with with Data & Analytics (DNA Growth), including metrics, guardrails, attribution and causal impact methodology.
  • Partner with local Markets to adapt global pricing results to local context, and bring local insights back to the global team. Work with Logistics and Finance to align pricing decisions with cost-to-serve, courier economics and profitability and growth targets.

Excited by the intersection of commercial decisions, experimentation, tech, ML and large scale strategic decision-making? This is the team for you!

What you'll bring to the table

  • Demonstrable experience in pricing, performance management, experimentation, analytics or a related analytical role, ideally in marketplace, e-commerce, delivery or consumer tech. Familiarity with consumer pricing (e.g. delivery fees, service fees, small order fees) or related levers such as subscriptions and promotions is a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data and pricing insights for diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Hands-on experience designing, running and evaluating experiments, with a solid grasp of statistics, causal impact measurement and common pitfalls such as novelty effects, interference and multiple testing.
  • Strong technical skills in data extraction, analysis, AI and tooling (e.g. SQL, Claude, Toqan, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience operating in a multi-market, multi-stakeholder environment by balancing global scale with local nuance. Ability to influence and drive alignment across markets and functions.
  • Bias for ownership and speed, moving from insight to committed action with urgency and rigor.
