Overview

In this role you drive the strategy and execution for Adyen's FX and cash management capabilities, shaping a scalable trading platform and Treasury Management System. You collaborate with Engineering, Treasury, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver reliable, global solutions that meet merchant and internal needs. You'll lead AI forward product thinking to grow our financial products business and align with Adyen's ambitious scale. This position is based in Amsterdam and emphasizes cross functional impact and customer centric delivery.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Set the strategy and roadmap for the FX and cash management team
• Lead cross functional execution with Engineering, Product, Treasury, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver a scalable FX platform
• Establish governance for FX across multiple teams and departments with clear success metrics
• Build a first in class Treasury Management System serving customers and internal teams

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 8+ years building high scale platforms in fast growing tech or fintech environments

• 2+ years of experience in FX and/or cash management

• Track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale

• Customer centric with ability to translate technical complexity into customer impact

• PM mindset with data driven decision making and business impact focus

• Demonstrated passion for AI forward thinking

• Leadership experience in setting vision and strategy for teams
