What you will be doing

You will work in a diverse team that combines deep expertise with a practical, hands-on mindset. We learn by doing, coaching each other closely and working together across disciplines. You will not be expected to know everything on day one, but we do expect curiosity, ownership and the willingness to grow quickly. You’ll receive ongoing training and learning opportunities in a variety of sectors and assignments. As a consultant, you’ll contribute to projects throughout the entire lifecycle: from drafting proposals and project plans to kick-off meetings and execution. Based on your academic background and interests, you will be placed in one of our Enterprise Risk & Controls Solutions sub-teams focusing on the financial sector or the commercial and public sector.

Examples of how you’ll support clients:

• Mapping processes and risks, and translating them into clear risk & control matrices, process flows and control frameworks;

• Developing, testing, implementing, and automating controls to establish effective internal risk management within an organization; specially in finance and ERP transformations;

• Performing Internal Audits;

• Improving data quality and automate control processes with AI solutions at our clients;

• Enhancing segregation of duties, access controls, GRC tooling and continuous monitoring;

In all of this, we leverage technology -including the latest in Generative AI - to design, more efficient risk management solutions for our clients.

Once you join our team, you’ll also start with the PwC Associate Academy. This internal academy helps ambitious new professionals get a strong start at PwC. Together with other new colleagues from various business units, you’ll develop your consulting skills, and of course, there will be plenty of opportunities for social interaction. It’s a great way to start building your internal network at PwC!

As a junior consultant, you’ll also have the opportunity to gain international experience by working with our foreign teams on client assignments for a certain period.

• You’ve completed a university Master’s degree in a Business/IT-related field, Finance, or Accountancy;

• You’re fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Wat ga je doen

Je staat op het punt je studie af te ronden en vraagt je af: "Welke data-rol past nu echt bij mij?"
Bij onze Talent Academy krijg je de ruimte én begeleiding om dat te ontdekken.

• Je start met een intensieve ontwikkelfase, waarin je kennismaakt met data-tools, analyse-technieken en praktijkgerichte methoden.
• Daarna ga je aan de slag bij één van onze opdrachtgevers, waar je direct bijdraagt aan data-vraagstukken zoals analyses, dashboards, datamodellering of rapportages.
• Je volgt inhoudelijke trainingen verzorgd door een technische trainer met praktijkervaring in het dataveld.
• Je werkt aan je communicatieve vaardigheden tijdens soft-skill sessies, waaronder een leerweekend op een inspirerende locatie.
• Je leert gericht en gestructureerd met begeleiding van een Learning Consultant en Personal Coach.
• En wanneer jij én de opdrachtgever enthousiast zijn, is er na een jaar de mogelijkheid om daar in dienst te treden.

Zo bouw je stap voor stap aan een duurzaam professionele basis in het datadomein.
