Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's Degree

• at least 3 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry

• Dutch and English fluency with excellent communication and presentation skills

• French language is a plus

Overview

In deze rol ontwikkel en implementeer je transformatie- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen de financiële dienstverlening, met focus op AI-gedreven oplossingen, processtroomlijning en kostenreductie. Je leidt multidisciplinaire teams en bouwt aan lange klantrelaties, terwijl je je visie omzet in concrete resultaten. Je brengt innovatie, coaching en groei van de Operations Service Line samen met het netwerk van BearingPoint. Je hebt een duidelijke impact op de performance van klanten en de organisatie als geheel.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Leiden van klantprojecten van analyse tot implementatie
• Creëren van waarde op verschillende niveaus bij de klant, van directie tot operationeel team
• Onderhouden van relaties en signaleren van nieuwe kansen voor vervolgprojecten
• Coachen en trainen van collega's en klanten
• Ontwikkelen en laten groeien van de Operations Service Line
• Bijdragen aan innovaties en nieuwe proposities zoals AI-enabled OpEx in samenwerking met het BearingPoint-netwerk

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Masteropleiding en 5+ jaar relevante werkervaring

• Aanzienlijke ervaring in het leiden van consultingteams en projecten

• Expertise in innovatie- en procesverbeteringen in operationele omgevingen (Lean Six Sigma is een pré)

• Kennis en ervaring in financiële dienstverlening

• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
