Als Commissioning Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de inbedrijfstelling en het onderhoud van elektrotechnische installaties en stationsautomatisering binnen hoogspanningsstations. Binnen dit domein zorg je ervoor dat systemen en installaties niet alleen goed functioneren, maar ook veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt zijn. Denk hierbij aan:

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een passie voor elektrotechniek en wilt je verder ontwikkelen binnen E&I. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving. Wij vragen in ieder geval een afgeronde mbo niveau 4 opleiding, richting elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar.

Bij ons kun je instromen met een afgeronde mbo niveau 4 opleiding richting elektrotechniek. Enkele relevante opleidingen die goed aansluiten zijn:

• Mbo Industriële Automatisering

Met deze achtergrond beschik je over de basiskennis om door te groeien richting gespecialiseerde E&I-functies.

Als E&I Technicus zijn er een breed scala aan certificaten die je kunt behalen om aan te tonen dat jouw kennis op peil is. Onderstaande voorbeelden zijn certificaten die erg waardevol zijn als E&I Technicus:

• NEN 3140 – Veilig werken met laagspanningsinstallaties.
• ATEX – Werken in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen.
• VCA (VOL-VCA) – Veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu checklist aannemers.
• NEN 1010 – Installatievoorschriften voor elektrotechniek.
• Offshore gerelateerde certificaten – zoals BOSIET of GWO voor werken op zee.

Verder is het als E&I Technicus belangrijk dat je beschikt over:

• Technisch inzicht en de ambitie om je verder te specialiseren in E&I.
• Een flexibele en leergierige houding.

• technical foundation: minimum of MBO level 2 working and thinking level in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering. Or at least 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician.
• analytical ability: capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• professionalism: accurate, solution-oriented and currently living in the Netherlands.

what will you do
Every day brings new challenges. As the foundation of the operation, you will be responsible for:

• corrective maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve sudden mechanical and electrical equipment faults.
• preventive maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections and overhauls to minimize operational downtime.
• commissioning: Set up, calibrate, and test new and existing installations in line with operational specs.
• process optimization: Propose technical improvements to maximize machinery reliability.
• reporting & documentation: Accurately log maintenance activities and maintain strict quality control over parts.
