You'll be the brains behind our automated production process! As a CNC machine operator, you'll work with the most advanced laser cutting machines. Such as the TruLaser Center 7030 and TruLaser 530. You'll monitor the fully automated machine and deal with the settings for the semi-automatic one yourself. You'll adjust programs, monitor quality, fix small issues, and help with maintenance. In short: you'll make sure everything runs smoothly and perfectly.

Je start de machines op, laadt de programma's in en bedient ze tijdens het productieproces. Je bent continu bezig met het controleren van de kwaliteit van de gesneden metalen producten. Is er een storing? Dan ben jij degene die als eerste in actie komt. Je lost storingen op en voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit, zodat de downtime zo kort mogelijk is.
Afhankelijk van je ervaring word je opgeleid om steeds complexere storingen aan te pakken. Dit doe je in een vast rooster in de 5-ploegendienst. Kortom, je bent verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie op een van de meest geavanceerde laserlijnen in Europa!
