For this industrial cleaning job, it would be great if you already have some cleaning experience. Also, the following is important:

• You are ready to work night shifts;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You have your own car or transport to get to Wijhe.

As an industrial cleaner, you are the main person who makes sure every production day starts perfectly. Your job is very important for clean working and moving things around. 🔑 Your main work is to clean the production areas and machines. You will use a medium-pressure sprayer to do this quickly and correctly. The meat must be fully removed, so the machines are ready for fresh meat the next day. Being accurate is key for food safety! You will also help with transport tasks and other logistical work to support the production.

In the night shift 🌙, which you do every other week, from 22:40 to 05:10, you focus on getting things ready. You are also responsible for setting up new machines. In the weeks you do not have the night shift, you will work in the processing department, also cleaning machines. These hours are either from 05:15 to 14:00 or from 15:00 to 22:30. Great variety in your tasks and schedule! 😄

You see them running for the Netherlands every day: the NS trains. They ensure that passengers can get from A to B every day. You can help indirectly. Are you a tinkerer who wants to help with the overhaul process? Then you've come to the right place. The train engines arrive from Haarlem and are completely overhauled here. No specific qualifications are required for this industrial cleaner position at NS in Berkel-Enschot. This is a day shift position between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Interested? As an industrial cleaner, you have technical insight and an affinity for assembly work, and you work accurately and with an eye for detail. You are physically fit enough to work with lubricants and greases in a technical environment. And you're not afraid to get dirty. You can work independently as well as part of a team. You have experience with tools and cranes, or are willing to learn. Experience in a technical or industrial environment is a plus.

• Technical insight and dexterity in disassembling and testing components
• Carefulness and accuracy in your work
• Not averse to a work environment involving contact with sanitary waste products
• A team player who collaborates well
• Works safely with protective clothing and adheres to hygiene regulations
• You are fluent in English or Dutch;
• You hold a VCA certificate (or are willing to obtain one from us).

As an industrial cleaner, you start in the bio-room (dirty room) where the dirty parts of the sanitary facilities enter. Here, you'll primarily focus on cleaning and disassembling the components. In this room, you have two citric acid baths, where the toilets are placed for 48 hours to remove limescale and bacteria. You then disassemble the toilet, and the individual parts go into the dishwasher.
The two-chamber units don't go into the citric acid bath, as this component contains quite a bit of electrical equipment. The units are connected to a cleaning system, so they're thoroughly rinsed internally. Once this is done, the unit is disassembled, and the heating element electrical system must be tested. If it's broken, it's discarded; if it's still working, it's cleaned and returned to the workbenches for reuse.

• Disassembling sanitary components;

• Het reinigen van producten volgens de gestelde specificaties.
• Het zorgvuldig verpakken van de producten, het registreren van relevante informatie en het verzendklaar maken ervan.
