What will you do
As a Class C Truck Driver, your day begins in Duiven. From there, you drive to Doetinchem to pick up your rigid truck. You then return to Duiven, where your load is already waiting for you. You load the truck and hit the road to deliver pallets to around 20 addresses. You can choose your start time yourself in consultation with the team!

Using an electric pallet truck (EPT), you deliver the pallets effortlessly. The onboard computer keeps you directly connected to the dispatch team, and you process the administration quickly using the scanner.

Finished all your stops? Then you drive back to Duiven and unload any return shipments. You hand everything in neatly, and your workday is done!

To work as a trailer driver it is important that you meet the following requirements:

what will you do
The day begins on the vast grounds of Scania Logistics. The engine of the special shunting tractor starts up, and your work can begin. The goal is simple. Ensure that every trailer is at the right loading or unloading spot at exactly the right time. It’s a challenging puzzle where overview and precision are key.

As soon as a trailer is in position, you roll up your sleeves. The heavy tarps need to be removed. This is physical work that requires considerable strength and perseverance. Whether the sun is shining or the rain is pouring down. Your workplace is outdoors, and the work never stops.

In between driving, you sometimes perform minor assembly or disassembly work on the trailers. Everything is geared toward keeping the logistics flow running smoothly. Without this effort, production would come to a standstill. It’s a responsible role that combines flexible planning with brute strength.

You will be working on a two-shift schedule. The working hours are:

• morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• evening shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

where will you work
Scania Logistics in Zwolle handles everything related to Scania parts and trucks. From their warehouse, they ensure that the right supplies arrive at the right place on time.
