Overview
In this role, you own and shape category strategies for Insurance, Marketing & Media to unlock value across global and local markets. You will partner with the Global Category Lead, procurement colleagues, and business stakeholders to drive sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management for services like advertising, media buying, market research, and bank-insurance contracts. You'll embed category practices across locations, balance risk with cost efficiency, and influence Steerco-level decisions. This is an opportunity to impact ING's brand, customer engagement, and risk protection programs through strategic sourcing.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop and execute category strategies for Insurance, Marketing & Media
- Lead complex supplier negotiations and manage supplier selection
- Coordinate RFX and contracting activities across geographies
- Provide guidance to contract management and risk mitigation teams
- Partner with business stakeholders to align objectives and targets
- Act as SME for the category and influence Steerco at global/local levels
- Support global strategy with local requirements where applicable
- Coach and guide buyers across geographies to ensure delivery and execution
