Als logistiek medewerker werk je via Staffice bij een internationale opdrachtgever in de buurt van Schiphol. Hier komen dagelijks goederen van over de hele wereld binnen. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat alles snel en zorgvuldig verwerkt wordt.

Je werkt in een strak wisselschema: de ene week ochtenddienst, de andere week avonddienst. Dat betekent dat je de ene week lekker kan uitslapen, sporten of shoppen, en de andere week ’s avonds nog tijd hebt voor een diner of afspraak met vrienden of familie. Iedereen werkt beide shifts, dus het is belangrijk dat je hierin mee kunt draaien. De ochtenddienst loopt van 06:00 tot 15:30. De avonddienst van 14:30 tot 23:00. Soms komt een zending later binnen, dus het kan voorkomen dat je iets langer blijft. Woon je niet in de buurt van Hoofddorp of Aalsmeer? Dan is eigen vervoer noodzakelijk, want de locatie is lastig bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Omdat je in een beveiligd logistiek centrum werkt, is een VGB (Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar) verplicht. Om daarvoor in aanmerking te komen, moet je minimaal 7 jaar aaneengesloten woonachtig zijn in de EU, EER of een NAVO-land. Geen zorgen: wij begeleiden je bij de aanvraag van deze verklaring. Ervaring met heftruck of reachtruck is een grote pré. Heb je wel ervaring maar nog geen certificaat? Dan zorgen wij voor een training zodat jij veilig én bevoegd aan de slag kunt. Werkzaamheden

• Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens met de heftruck of reachtruck
• Controleren en registreren van inkomende en uitgaande goederen
• Goederen opslaan op de juiste locatie in het warehouse
• Orders picken en verzendklaar maken
• Gegevens correct verwerken in het systeem
• Samenwerken met collega’s om alles soepel te laten verlopen
• Zorgdragen voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek
• Werken volgens de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsregels

Wij zoeken

• Een geldig heftruck- én reachtruckcertificaat (of bereidheid om dit te behalen via Staffice)
• Aantoonbare ervaring in de logistiek, bij voorkeur in een warehouse
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal
• Flexibiliteit om te werken in twee vaste diensten: 06:00–15:30 en 14:30–23:00
• Eigen vervoer (auto, scooter of fiets) vanwege de bereikbaarheid van de locatie
• Beschikbaarheid om wisselende diensten te draaien (rooster staat vooraf vast)
• Je bent betrouwbaar, werkt nauwkeurig en pakt zelfstandig je taken op
• Minimaal 7 jaar woonachtig in een EU-, EER- of NAVO-land (voor VGB-aanvraag)
• Je houdt van een actieve werkdag en steekt graag je handen uit de mouwen

Ben jij technisch onderlegd, werk je nauwkeurig en vind je het leuk om klanten te helpen met de juiste onderdelen? Voor een professionele organisatie binnen de automotive zijn wij op zoek naar een Magazijnmedewerker voor de Parts-afdeling. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je technische kennis met klantgerichtheid en logistieke werkzaamheden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen snel en correct worden verwerkt, onderdelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn en klanten goed worden geïnformeerd. Daarmee ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, leveranciers en de interne organisatie.

Dit ga je doen

Als Magazijnmedewerker Parts ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces rondom de bestelling en levering van onderdelen. Klanten nemen contact met je op via het systeem, telefonisch of per e-mail en jij zorgt ervoor dat zij snel en vakkundig worden geholpen.

Je adviseert klanten over verschillende onderdelen en denkt actief mee over de beste oplossing. Is een onderdeel niet op voorraad? Dan neem je contact op met de klant, bestel je het onderdeel bij de leverancier en houd je de klant op de hoogte van de voortgang.

Daarnaast houd je het administratieve proces nauwkeurig bij en zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen, facturen en leveringen correct worden verwerkt. Je bewaakt de planning en stemt waar nodig af met klanten, leveranciers en chauffeurs.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen via het systeem, telefonisch en per e-mail;
• Klanten adviseren over onderdelen en bijbehorende oplossingen;
• Controleren van beschikbaarheid en tijdig bestellen van onderdelen bij leveranciers;
• Informeren van klanten over levertijden en de voortgang van bestellingen;
• Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking;
• Controleren van facturen en bestellingen;

Je bent in het bezit van

Als logistiek medewerker werk je samen met drie tot vier collega’s. Jullie houden samen het logistieke proces draaiende. Je krijgt daarbij steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Dit ga je doen:

• Eindproducten vanuit de productie ontvangen;
• Pakbonnen controleren op juistheid en volledigheid;
• Goederen sorteren en op de juiste plek opslaan;
• Werken met de heftruck, reachtruck en EPT;
• Vrachtwagens laden en lossen;
• Bijspringen bij assemblagewerkzaamheden wanneer dat nodig is;

Je werkt van maandag tot en met donderdag van 08:00 tot 17:00 uur. Vrijdag werk je van 08:00 tot 16:00 uur.

Jouw nieuwe werkplek

Vanuit Amersfoort rij je naar jouw nieuwe werkplek in Nijkerk. Je gaat werken bij een familiebedrijf dat ongeveer 35 jaar bestaat. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in kunststof spuitgieten. Hier worden kunststof producten en halffabricaten ontwikkeld en geproduceerd. Voorbeelden zijn containers, klapkratten, ventilatiesystemen en producten voor de waterbouw. Als logistiek medewerker kom je in een klein team. Je werkt dagelijks samen met drie tot vier collega’s.

Wat ga je doen?

Heb je ervaring op de reachtruck en heb je geen moeite om in een gekoelde omgeving te werken? Ga aan de slag als logistiek medewerker reachtruck in Amsterdam!
Werkzaamheden:

• Laden en lossen van de vrachtwagens;
• Verplaatsen van goederen met de reachtruck;
• Ontvangen, controleren en opslaan van binnenkomende goederen;

As a logistics employee, you will work through Staffice at a brand new and modern facility in Aalsmeer. Your workday starts at 08:00 or 10:00, depending on your shift. Together with your team, you ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods for your dedicated clients are processed accurately. Throughout the day, you alternate between various logistics tasks, keeping your work dynamic and versatile. You finish your day at 17:00 or 19:00 with the satisfaction that the planning is completely up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks with incoming and outgoing goods
