Over de vacature

In this role, you spend your workday operating an aerial platform to reach goods located high up in the warehouse racking. You ascend together with the platform to pick items accurately according to digital orders. Throughout the day, you also step onto a reachtruck when needed to transport heavy materials and stock. Between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday through Friday, you work together with your logistics colleagues to complete all daily orders.

Tasks

• Ascend in an aerial platform to collect goods from high-level shelves
• Use order scanners to verify item numbers and quantities
• Drive a reachtruck periodically to maneuver pallets
• Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit
• Label boxes correctly for outbound shipment
• Help maintain order and safety in high-bay warehouse aisles

• Good command of English
• Fulltime availability from Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
• No fear of heights when working on elevated platforms
• Practical reachtruck experience is a plus (no certificate needed)

In this role you will be managing the flow of goods to ensure timely support for customer projects around the world. In this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of key logistics functions and contribute directly to keeping everything moving smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling daily warehouse activities, such as order picking, packing, labeling, and preparing items for both domestic and international dispatch
• Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting contents for accuracy, and managing storage or further processing

Requirements

Our ideal candidate brings: - Recent work experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in an international environment.

• Knowledge of international shipping standards and documentation is a plus
• A problem-solving approach and a technical mindset
• Physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks when needed
• At least a HBO education
• You are located in the Eindhoven area. Candidates that are located far outside this area will *not

• be considered. We are not considering candidates that still need to relocate to Eindhoven.

• Strong proficiency in English (C1), both written and spoken, to work effectively with global partners

You will be working at a client of ours in Hoofddorp, the absolute specialist in exotic products. This is a stable position where you can truly build for the long term!

You start the day with a fresh cup of coffee, have a quick, to-the-point check-in with your team leader, and dive straight into the warehouse. From collecting orders on the EPT to getting freight ready for transport: you stay physically active, keep an overview, and work together with your team to supply stores and customers on time. Tasks:

• Order picking exotic products in various storage locations efficiently and safely.
• Operating an EPT to move goods quickly and safely through the warehouse.
• Moving freight and stock to loading docks, storage areas, and delivery vehicles.
• Stacking and packing goods neatly for safe shipment.
• Keeping the work environment clean, organized, and safe.
• Working closely with your team and coordinating with connected stores.

Ben jij technisch onderlegd, werk je nauwkeurig en vind je het leuk om klanten te helpen met de juiste onderdelen? Voor een professionele organisatie binnen de automotive zijn wij op zoek naar een Magazijnmedewerker voor de Parts-afdeling. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je technische kennis met klantgerichtheid en logistieke werkzaamheden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen snel en correct worden verwerkt, onderdelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn en klanten goed worden geïnformeerd. Daarmee ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, leveranciers en de interne organisatie.

Dit ga je doen

Als Magazijnmedewerker Parts ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces rondom de bestelling en levering van onderdelen. Klanten nemen contact met je op via het systeem, telefonisch of per e-mail en jij zorgt ervoor dat zij snel en vakkundig worden geholpen.

Je adviseert klanten over verschillende onderdelen en denkt actief mee over de beste oplossing. Is een onderdeel niet op voorraad? Dan neem je contact op met de klant, bestel je het onderdeel bij de leverancier en houd je de klant op de hoogte van de voortgang.

Daarnaast houd je het administratieve proces nauwkeurig bij en zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen, facturen en leveringen correct worden verwerkt. Je bewaakt de planning en stemt waar nodig af met klanten, leveranciers en chauffeurs.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen via het systeem, telefonisch en per e-mail;
• Klanten adviseren over onderdelen en bijbehorende oplossingen;
• Controleren van beschikbaarheid en tijdig bestellen van onderdelen bij leveranciers;
• Informeren van klanten over levertijden en de voortgang van bestellingen;
• Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking;
• Controleren van facturen en bestellingen;
• Bewaken van de planning van leveringen;
• Ervoor zorgen dat chauffeurs de juiste onderdelen tijdig kunnen afleveren;
• Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen.

Je bent in het bezit van

Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand met een technische achtergrond die graag met klanten werkt. Je hoeft niet per se al ervaring te hebben in een commerciële functie; enthousiasme, technisch inzicht en de bereidheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk.

Je bent nauwkeurig, houdt gemakkelijk overzicht en vindt het prettig om meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijkertijd te coördineren. Daarnaast beschik je over:

• MBO werk- en denkniveau;
• Een technische achtergrond of aantoonbare technische affiniteit;
• Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden;
• Een klantgerichte en commerciële instelling;
• Goede administratieve vaardigheden;
• Het vermogen om nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werken;
• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
