Het is belangrijk dat je als HR-medewerker aan de volgende eisen voldoet:

• Je hebt minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau;
• Je hebt al enige ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie met veel klantcontact;
• Je bent fulltime beschikbaar;
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs en auto;

• Je voert frequent verzuimgesprekken;
• Je maakt plaatsingen, opleidingsovereenkomsten en arbeidscontracten;
• Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie piekfijn op orde is.;
