Word jij enthousiast van het unboxen van een nieuwe make-uplijn én heb je leidinggevende skills? Wil jij met jouw passie voor beauty klanten adviseren? En jouw team aansturen en motiveren om ditzelfde te doen? Dan ben jij de assistent filiaalmanager die we zoeken.

Samen met de filiaalmanager zorg jij ervoor dat alles in de winkel op rolletjes loopt. De net uitgepakte make-uplijn moet een mooi plekje in de winkel krijgen, de kassa’s moeten worden geteld en er mag wel even worden gestofzuigd. Je bent zelf actief op de vloer en stuurt andere medewerkers aan waar nodig. Als de filiaalmanager de deur uit is of achter bezig is met administratieve zaken, heb jij de leiding. Je kent je plek in de winkel en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een goede conversie en omzet. Samen met de filiaalmanager en jouw team ga je voor goud! Dit krijg je ervoor terug

Dit ben jij

• Je hebt minimaal een mbo-werk- en -denkniveau.
• Je hebt enige werkervaring als leidinggevende in een branche waar de klant op één staat.
• Je hebt het branchediploma Basisvakopleiding Parfumerie óf de drive om dit diploma te halen (op onze kosten!).
• Je helpt anderen graag met een goed make-up-, geur- of huidverzorgingsadvies.
• Je vindt het leuk om een winkel te managen en een team te coachen.
